Lovely beach home We have stayed here many times- 10 - to supplement space to our beach house that we own nearby. We have yearly family reunions and Marsea has become our favorite. It has just the right amount of bedrooms and we love the layout. Having a pool is nice as well.
Amazing Vacation MarSea was a great stay for our family. You can tell this house is well maintained and thought was put into the upgrades. It seemed that care was taken to add extra insulation as the rooms are very quiet, doors kept outside sound down, and the house stayed very cool. The house was clean when we arrived, and a very minor problem was responded to quickly. The road is very quiet and if you use a shortcut past the tennis courts/community pool you can get to the beach with very little walking on the roads. We will be keeping this house on our list for future bookings.
House was great! House was well stocked for everything in the kitchen. Everyone had a great time. Pool and hot tub were great but the area around the pool needed cleaning. We had trouble with the elevator and it was promptly taken care of. Thanks for sharing your house.

Family OBX Vacation We had a great time in Corolla. The house was clean, conveniently located and was well stocked with beach supplies! The pool and hot tub worked great also. We will definitely be back!
2024 OBX We had a fabulous time at MarSea this past week. We have stayed in six different houses over the years and this house was exceptional! It was very clean, fully stocked for cooking, had great deck spaces (including the rooftop deck) as well as beautiful sturdy deck and pool furniture. The elevator was a bonus to help get supplies to the top level. It will definitely be at the top of our list the next time we return.
