Excellent Short walk to the beach and very clean! Highly recommend

We appreciate the improvements!! This was our second year staying at Dunes and Roses and the house was even better the second time around! Our group greatly appreciated the improvements made from last year, consisting of new outdoor furniture, a new grill, and freshly stained woodwork outside. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed this property.

Dunes n roses House is in a great location. Rooms are nice and kitchen is lovely. Could use better pans for cooking. Had some problems with aging appliances which were being addressed while we were there. Resort realty was quick to answer when we had issues.

Great house for family The house was great for our big family gathering. Easy contactless check in, check out . 1 block to beach. Home in good shape and comfortable. For such a large house the grill should be bigger and need larger pots for boiling corn, pasta etc for large groups. I appreciated the fast response to my email questions before we arrived. Overall I recommend this Corolla rental.

Excellent very comfortable house and had all the bells and whistles of kitchen supplies. we greatly enjoyed our stay and are talking about coming back next year to the same place

Great Vacation House We loved our stay at Dunes and Roses. It's a great house. Just a short walk to the beach. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. The realtor was very helpful. One small drawback is the neighbors are close. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place/crowded neighborhood Spacious accommodations, well maintained and stocked. Close enough to beach. All in all a good place but houses are close to each other so there is relatively no privacy when outside.

Very Good The house was great for our family vacation. The Location to the beach and stores was perfect.

Our Best Trip Yet to the OBX After years and years of visiting the OBX and renting through Resort Realty, we have found our favorite house ever in Dunes and Roses! The layout was super, we have everything we could need and more, and the walk to the beach was literally minutes! We will definitely be back and will absolutely be booking Dunes and Roses!

Clean Pool The pool was the cleanest of any home we have ever rented. The pool maintenance person was very polite and courteous.

Loved Love the distance to beach. Loved the house and pool.
