2026 Stay - Goin Coastal Our 4th year in Goin' Coastal. We enjoy the house and the location. It suits our family very well. Even when it rained, we had activities and the pool table to entertain us.
Nice place One of the cleanest rentals we have had. Well stocked kitchen. Three king rooms great for our family. Close to the beach. The pool and hot tub are great extra features. Our second year at this rental and have pre booked for next year
Great week. The beach house was very well equipped. Love having bathrooms with every bedroom. Nice pool and hot tub. Kitchen very well stocked. Close to the beach. Great seating for 12-14 people.. Parking for 4 cars. We have re-booked for next year. The only negative I can say that the floors were not real clean and there was quite a bit of sand even on the third floor. But it is the beach.
One of the best! We had a great stay at Goin Coastal. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I was especially happy with the kitchen having all the necessities to cook meals the whole week. Great location close to a beach entrance and also walkable to the community pool. When I had to contact management about a small issue- they sent someone out almost immediately. We would highly recommend this property!
Beach Rental September 9-16. We had a great week staying at Goin’ Coastal. We only had 5 people so plenty of room. Pool is big, and we took advantage of Hot Tub as well. Plenty of chairs on the deck for lounging. Having an empty lot on corner was bonus, in addition the trees surrounding property gave nice cover for privacy. Our son loved the hammock, and swing chair was used too. We used the beach chairs and all appliances were in good working order. We priced out some houses that were on the block closer to the beach and could not believe how expensive they were. Not must difference in size and quality but somehow people are willing to pay much more for an extra 50 feet closer- no thank you. Slightly off season meant a number of properties were empty so plenty of room on the beach. Overall this is a great rental. Thank you!
Great stay Great house and location. Short walk to the beach and one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve had including a griddle and crockpot. The beds were very firm so if you like a plusher mattress, I would bring a mattress topper. It seems like the owners have really put some thought into functional items too including lots of towel bars/hooks in bathrooms and on the deck and a foot wash at the end of the carport. Our only suggestion would be some additional couch seating in the top level and in the basement level for the kids to hang out. They found the bar seating downstream uncomfortable. The teens also suggested a larger TV downstairs for group gaming. We would definitely rent again.
Another great year at the beach The weather didn’t cooperate but we still managed to have a good time. The house has everything you could possibly need and it’s nice and close to the beach which we got to enjoy for a day. It was very cold and windy but we enjoyed walking on the beach. We like to stay off season because the neighborhoods homes are super close together so it’s probably loud and packed June through August. There were loud neighbors behind us so I can’t imagine the noise when all of the houses are occupied. We brought our two small dogs which was nice. The owners are always accommodating.
Excellent House was clean and better than we expected. The kitchen was fully equipped and the double dishwasher was great for a big group! We would definitely rent this property again!
Nice house close to the beach House was great and the proximity to the beach was good too. Very clean with a nice pool and Hot tub. Needs some chairs for the size of the house outside but everything was great overall. It was nice being right next to the lake for walking and seeing turtles. Highly recommend.
40th anniversary celebration Was very nicely decorated very comfortable for a large family it had a heated pool hot tub Pool table was close to beach it was nice they had beach chairs and extra boogie boards. I would definitely go back again
Well equipped home House was in very good condition, considering it was end of season. Kitchen well equipped, lots of baby gear, games and puzzles. It is obvious owners care about the comfort of their guests.
