Beach was only a 4 minute walk
We had a wonderful week on vacation! This home had every single thing you could possibly need to enjoy the week, I don’t even know where to start! The kitchen was large and it was packed with drawers upon drawers (and cabinets) with all items needed to make dinner each night. We loved the bedroom layouts, 2 master bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom made for a seamless vacation for 2 sets of families. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus to breaking up the beach days and coming back to swim after a day at the beach. The beach was only a 4 minute walk in the neighborhood! We also loved visiting the pond with the turtles only a 2 minute walk outside our door. We are already planning our next trip back!
The place was great! Very clean and supplied lots of towels. We had an issue with the hot tub but it was taken care of quickly! The walk to the beach isn’t great especially if you need to use the restroom. Privacy is also not the best where the house is located in the cul de sac.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your home. It was in a great location, and had all the amenities we could ask for and then some. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for many years and this was among the best. I would highly recommend Cool Wind!!

Several outlets were not working we had to use our own cords to make the lights around the pool work but we loved the house, Everything was very clean the pool was amazing we had a geat time!

My husband and I stayed at the property with my sister and another couple for approximately one week at the end of April, 2025. We absolutely loved it there! This rental property in the quaint town of Corolla in the Outer Banks is the epitome of a perfect getaway. We came here in the hope of a serene retreat, and it did not disappoint. The house offered the ideal location for relaxation: just a 5-minute stroll to the immaculate beaches, where we found ourselves immersed in the natural beauty and tranquility that only a private beach can offer. I loved the fact that most of the time it felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves - and the cute little crabs :)! Although the weather was very pleasant this time of the year (mid-70s), very few people were on the beach. The house itself was a delightful blend of spaciousness and coziness. We found it perfectly suited for larger groups, yet it maintained an intimate atmosphere that would make it equally perfect for a romantic escape for two. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a kitchen equipped with more tools and gadgets than I have at home! The outdoor amenities were everything one could wish for. The pool and hot tub provided the perfect spots to unwind after exploring the area or lounging on the beach. We used the grill almost daily. Honestly, we looked at several properties before booking this one, and at the end of the trip, we knew that the value for money was exceptional, making it an irresistible choice for couples, families, or friends looking to experience the best of the Outer Banks without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating vacation experience! We will be back soon!
