Great place to stay The house was well stocked and had everything needed for a family of 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 13-1. The backyard is great and the pool is awesome. Its is very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great for a Family Vacation We had a wonderful family vacation at the Best Nest. Location was perfect and we loved being oceanfront beside the boardwalk to the beach. Pool was large. Resort Realty was responsive and easy to work with.

Lovely spot with maintenance issues that need attention This house is in a spot with lovely ocean views and quick access to the beach. There are a lot of maintenance and wear issues that need attention. Resort Realty was very responsive about a few urgent ones while we were there.

Excellent location with a great view Great rental. A few improvements could be made, but very nice, clean and comfortable with a great view and pool. Easy fit for the two families we took, but sitting/eating area would be crowded for the full listed capacity. Close to shopping, attractions and activities, but not too crowded on the beach. Definitely would rent again.

Great Location The best thing about the Best Nest is it's location! You can sit at the dining table or on the porch in the morning and watch the dolphins playing in the ocean, and the walkway to the beach is right outside the door. It's a prefect distance to ride bikes to shopping, ice cream, and the park. The kitchen is well appointed for cooks and it has a nice large dining table. The two separate living areas are great for a family that wants to spread out a bit. Our family loved having the two bunk rooms for the cousins, one for the boys and the other for the girls. Overall a really nice house with some bright comfy upgrades.

Perfect Vacation Property was perfect for our family! Loved being right on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Fans need fixed in 2 bathrooms.

Wonderful house & location! Top floor with kitchen and living area lets you see over the dunes and watch the waves. We had rain for 3 days, and we still felt like we got to enjoy our time at the beach. House is very well appointed in the kitchen. 2 living spaces, large dining room table, and plenty of space to be with everyone or escape away for a bit. Old reviews showed there was some concerns at this property, but we saw no concerns. It has been re-done, and is quite beautiful. Very clean. The water heater stopped one day, and the service to fix was FAST! Thank you!
