“Excellent location with a great view Great rental. A few improvements could be made, but very nice, clean and comfortable with a great view and pool. Easy fit for the two families we took, but sitting/eating area would be crowded for the full listed capacity. Close to shopping, attractions and activities, but not too crowded on the beach. Definitely would rent again.”

“Wonderful house & location! Top floor with kitchen and living area lets you see over the dunes and watch the waves. We had rain for 3 days, and we still felt like we got to enjoy our time at the beach. House is very well appointed in the kitchen. 2 living spaces, large dining room table, and plenty of space to be with everyone or escape away for a bit. Old reviews showed there was some concerns at this property, but we saw no concerns. It has been re-done, and is quite beautiful. Very clean. The water heater stopped one day, and the service to fix was FAST! Thank you!”

“Great Location The best thing about the Best Nest is it&#39;s location! You can sit at the dining table or on the porch in the morning and watch the dolphins playing in the ocean, and the walkway to the beach is right outside the door. It&#39;s a prefect distance to ride bikes to shopping, ice cream, and the park. The kitchen is well appointed for cooks and it has a nice large dining table. The two separate living areas are great for a family that wants to spread out a bit. Our family loved having the two bunk rooms for the cousins, one for the boys and the other for the girls. Overall a really nice house with some bright comfy upgrades.”
