Great house

Me and my friend had an amazing week-end in this lovely house, we all recommend it!

House was very nice, but could use just a little bit of work throughout Great location and quick and wonderful service from Resort Realty to address a few very minor issues.

Cozy and Close to the Beach Overall, we were satisfied with the home. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and utensils, with plenty of seating to fit our needs. We liked the kitchen layout and open area. The house was quite warm when we arrived and took a long time to cool down. I would suggest NOT turning the AC setting to 75 when guests leave and keeping the setting at 70 in consideration of the next guests, but this was a requirement upon checking out. We loved the pool, which is a nice size, and hot tub and spent a lot of time at the pool area. Several outdoor chairs were cracked and/or broken so replacement chairs might be a good investment. The two bedrooms in the basement did not cool down very well which was also the case with the bunk bedroom on the second floor. We found 2 box fans in closets but another box fan or two would be helpful as there were not enough for each bedroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the excellent location to beach access! We were close enough to walk back and forth from the beach to the house several times a day.

Very Good Found everything we needed in kitchen except for muffin pan. It was a short walk to beach. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a bonus. Had a broken handle on frig freezer but maintenance responded quickly. One of beds sheets kept coming off mattress and bunching up( possibly double sheets on queen bed) but house keeping was quick to send replacement sheets and very cordial. Would gladly return to house but we found the ocean water very cold so may go further south in future.
