Perfect! This house was perfect for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. The proximity to the beach makes the stay easy with everyone's different schedules. The only negative point is the street which is very narrow and the parking lot small. It is therefore not possible to park on the street, which makes the basketball hoop useless when you have 3 cars in the parking lot.
Very Good Overall a 4 star rating. Great location and the house had everything we needed. Pool was perfect for after the beach cooling off. Maintenance did a great job when one of the AC units went out. They were out at the house and had us back up and running with cool air in under 2 hrs. Would have been a 5 star rating but the house was a little dirtier than our liking on check in day and the kitchen appliances were dirty, stained and worn. I would recommend this house to family and friends.

Didn't want to Wave goodbye We loved your house it was only three of us myself my daughter and my two-year-old grandson we loved how spacious the house was and how clean it was as well even though it was so hot I use the hot tub every day I love the care package that was left for us On July 3 I went on the website hoping to book another week but sadly it was already booked I cannot wait to rent this house again next year you definitely have a repeat renter thank you again
Great Beach House This was a great beach house. Plenty of space for the entire family. Loved the common areas on each of the floors.
Everything was FANTASTIC! We had the best family vacation yet!!! After renting through a different agency last year, I wasn't sure what going with a new realtor would be like. You guys surpassed expectations and will be getting my recommendation to all family and friends in the future! It was wonderful!
