The villa was beautiful, spacious and located very close to attractions. The pool was fabulous and our family enjoyed the games room and also the solterra resort facilities. Kelly the host was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to queries. We would definitely love to come back to this villa as our family had a wonderful time.
Lovely property, well kept & presented and located in a lovely area. As described / the pictures and we were looked after by a very responsive host. The Clubhouse facilities were also great and entry priced very reasonably. Would stay here again should I need a base in Orlando. Thank you :-)
I loved it, nice quiet area, the host was very quick to respond, felt like a home away from home.
The stay was amazing. House was beautiful and with a ton of things to do in the area! Kelly was a great host that was very kind, helpful, & responsive. I recommend for anyone that is trying to be close to a little bit of everything while out in Orlando!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was a lot of space, and it was a convenient location.
Disappointing, we located cameras inside the home asked to have them removed Kelly pushback saying it was on the listing, which was incorrect. Then she responded that they were not working. This is strictly against Airbnb‘s policy and rules.A water-filter in the fridge was not replaced when requested. Awful host non-responsive would not rent from her!

The exterior and interior of the home were beautiful, but the stay was extremely disappointing. We spent nearly two hours trying to get the fireplace to work and were told there was an “imaginary switch.” We were also asked to replace batteries in the door lock just to enter and exit. We later discovered there was no hot water. After hours of troubleshooting for the host and being assured it would be fixed by 2 PM, we were told it could not be resolved. Upon returning, we learned the gas had been shut off due to nonpayment. Additional issues included a Keurig that stopped working after three cups, a coffee pot with bugs, an ice machine dispensing black mold, and a washing machine full of stagnant yellow water. Communication from the host stopped once the gas issue was discovered. While we made the best of the weekend, the lack of utilities and the refund offered were unacceptable.
I would recommend this place to friends it was very welcoming extremely clean the home was beautifully decorated. The host Kelly was very responsive answered every question I had and she did so very quickly

Kelly was a great host, she was very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in the future.
It’s a beautiful home and we felt relaxed to enjoy our thanksgiving. The host was very responsive to any questions or issues we may have and solve it quickly. This is an amazing place to enjoy with Family!
