We loved our stay. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out given the 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. We felt like the house offered great value given the pool, hot tub, and sunset views of the bay.

Very nice house on the sound Really enjoyed our vacation on the sound. Very comfortable home. Great view. Nicely furnished. Kitchen amazing with high end appliances. Could use an updated coffee maker. Would definitely rent again.
Very Good We went for a family vacation and had a great week of fun on the beach and at the pool at the house. We had one issue with grill not working and the property manager sent someone out to try to fix but no success. We bought a portable charcoal grill so we could grill for the week.
Excellent This house is a hit with every member of our family, adults, adolescents, and younger kids. It's our second yea there, and we've already pre-reserved for 2024.

Excellent It’s an excellent fit for my family with room for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed and roomy enough for multiple people in clover in meal prep. Views of sunsets were stunning from the decks of the rental and the dock on the sound.
1562 Great House We loved the house!! The only things we found missing were dish towels,dish cloths & a pizza pan. Everything else was there. We just had some really bad weather.
Excellent Home This rental is the best we've had in over 25 years of visiting the Outer Banks. Absolutely beautiful views of the sunsets. Very nicely decorated and equipped. The only negative was a lot of spiders.
The view is amazing We had such a great time at Coucher du Soleil. The house was perfect size for our family get together. We floated in the pool, paddle boarded off the dock in the sound, relaxed in the hot tub and watched amazing sunsets off the back balcony’s during dinner time. The house had way more then we expected and we had a lot of fun! The location was near so many activities. You could bike to many locations if you wanted.
Kudos to Coucher du Soleil! Sturdy, well-built, beautifully maintained, immaculate, comfortable and convenient are all terms that accurately describe Coucher du Soleil! We had stayed at this house a number of years ago, and it was still as great this time as it was then! The views from the picture window in the living room, as well as from the waterfront bedrooms and decks were wonderful! I must say, however, that this was the quietest vacation we've ever had! Hopefully the next time we come, there will not be a contagious virus looming over everyone...Best to you all for a quick recovery when all of the restrictions are eased or lifted.
Excellent Stayed at Coucher Du Soleil for the third year in a row for Thanksgiving. Great Time, fantastic sunsets, house well stocked for the Holidays. Resort Realty took good care of us. Will come back again! Alan
We were a party of six adults (no children - one dog), all related, enjoying a family vacation. We were very pleased with the cottage and its amenities.
