The Perfect Stay We visit OBX every year from PA. Two couples, a family friend, the kids and their friends. This will be our 3rd year in the Corolla area on Drifting Sands lane. This was by far one the best houses we stayed in OBX!! The living room on the 2nd floor for the older kids was perfect, and the bedrooms were all spacious. The view was absolutely beautiful on the sound and we had everything we needed at the house to make this a complete stay!! Thank you for the $250 beach gear credit we rented 3 kayaks, and the cookies that were delivered on our second day. This was the perfect stay for everyone!!

Great place to stay. Loved the house.

Wonderful place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we had excellent views from the house catching most sunsets in the evening. The house had very good accommodations for our family and plenty of space. Easy access to beach by car. Resort Realty was very prompt in all inquiries we had concerning the property. Wonderful customer service. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent House was very nice we love everything about it. Kitchen had everything that one would like to have in a kitchen. All the bedrooms were clean comfortable.

The views... The home is beautiful. The view walking up to the top level is just amazing. Nicely appointed home, everything we needed. A kayak launch or lower dock with a ladder would make this home perfect along with some outdoor umbrellas. First home we are considering come back to again! Cookies from owners a very thoughtful touch.

Excellent Our stay at Westover Sunset was absolutely amazing. What an amazing home with all of the perks needed for a great vacay. We will def be renting this house again!

Wonderful Home The home was beautifully furnished and decorated with a coastal touch throughout the home. The view of the sound is breathtaking and offers a gorgeous sunset every evening! The kitchen is well stocked for a large family to cook gourmet meals! The beds were very comfortable. It was enjoyable to relax on the decks with plenty of outdoor furniture. The pool was a gathering spot after a day at the beach. It had lounge chairs and furniture under the deck to offer shade! We had a great family beach week at Westover Sunset and hope to return next year!

Everything, but a ladder :( This house was well-equipped, beautifully furnished, and very clean! The pool, hot tub, and decks were great for enjoying the outdoors, sunsets, and sound views. I selected this house primarily for the sound front water access for kayaking and paddle boarding, but upon arrival found there was no ladder on the dock to get in or out of the water safely. With some additional dock amenities, like a ladder, benches, and/or a launching level/pad, this property would have been rated excellent.
