Excellent We have rented multiple places in Corolla over the last 12 years, and this is the best home we have stayed in. We rebooked for next year.

Lay By The Sound This is the best appointed rental we have ever had and we have been doing OBX for over 30 years. There were 11 of us and plenty of room for everyone. All of the cabinets were carefully labeled for contents with plastic cups and dishes to use by the pool and two complete sets of ceramic dishes for a lovely dinner table. The only thing I would suggest is providing two sets of bath towels for each room. We had a fox, cat, lizard and a cardinal visit during our stay. Plenty of crabs but no fish because no live bait!

Excellent Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and would highly recommend staying here. Simply beautiful inside and out. The people who organized the interior are to be complimented as it had all the amenities one would need. It was well thought out and very comfortable. We would certainly rent it again.

Lay by the sound The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. It was also very clean. Beautiful views from the dock. We all enjoyed the sunsets from there each night.

family vacation the property was amazing, very relaxing, had all the amenities a vacation house needs our family age ranged from an infant up to 84 years old, we cooked almost every night with having a large kitchen and all the appliance's you can think of.

Great house, great location, great sunsets, great vacation! This is a great house! The layout is wonderful, bedrooms are all a nice size with great bathrooms attached. Perfect bed setup for our group with only 1 bunk room with the trundle. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped for large dinners, cooking (2 ovens), storage (2 full size refrigerators) and all the other appliances and cooking equipment. Plus everything is labeled so easy to find! If I had to say one thing that was negative, the pool is small and the lighting around the pool is tough at night to watch the kids swim. Oh, and the alarm on the bottom floor for the pool is smart, but took some getting used to by the adults. We yelled hit the button a few times a day to stop the alarm from going off 🤪. The sunsets on the dock are unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here, felt like home!
