Perfect Vacation Home! We loved the house. The pool, the hot tub, and especially, the views from the decks were all perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. The game room was a great place for kids to hang out, and the screened-in porch was a fantastic place for meals on a nice night.
Congratulations to Jordan & Kimmi!! Cousins who grew up playing at the Outer Banks together got to spend a great week playing again. No longer little boys! And now they got to bring two new wives and, as of a trip to Ocracoke Lighthouse this week, a new fiance!
Very relaxing week at Carolina sunset! Our 18th trip to OBX since 1991 in houses from Nags Head to Corolla. Each house we have stayed out, total of 14, are always unique with their own great memories. Carolina Sunset was fabulous. It was the first time since 2021 that our family was all together for one week which creates lasting memory for us. The house supplied everything we needed and more! We made dinners 5 of 7 nights, fully using the kitchen. Morning coffee on the back deck watching the birds in the sound was a daily 'task'. In the late afternoon, refreshments by the pool and hot tub! The walk to the beach was fine, there is an access path at the cul de sac across from the house that puts you on the mackerel deck path (we remember when mackerel was a street in Whalehead!). Several days were just too hot to be on the beach for more than an hour so the pool was a big amenity. Walking the beach at night is simply one of the most relaxing things to do. Looking at the abundance of stars in the sky and ghost crabs on the sand! In the recent years, we have vacationed in OBX in September, which has caused a couple of trips to be delayed or evacuated due to hurricanes. So late July was a new time for our family. Just a wonderful week and we are planning 2025 already. Thanks Resort Realty for providing great service during our week! The Becker's
Family getaway This home had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room in the house and each room came with a TV. Loved the pool table and foosball ball table in the lower level. Since it was cooler outside, we used the hot tub a lot, but the pool is nice too. It is a little walk to the beach, but we found a parking area closer for my mom since she had trouble walking that far. Overall we had a nice time!

Great visit Our visit was very nice, besides some small issues that you all took care of promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay in the future
Great time for all Had an awesome time in a beautiful house Loved sitting on the back porch swing or front porch hammock Watching the kids in the pool was fun to watch With a short walk to the beach all enjoyed the ocean. Would definitely stay again
