Sundowner Summer Fun Our kids are all adults now and meeting in Corolla was a great choice this year! We lucked out with great weather and a comfortable home to relax in, take a swim, grill out and play games at. This house had a wonderful pool, definitely one of the best. All of the beds were so comfortable and the decor was lovely. Personally I really appreciated the wonderful artwork selections throughout the house. The kitchen was very well equipped, anything you needed it was probably there and whoever made the decision to install the ice maker is a genius! We arrived to find every bathroom spotless and having the beds made already was such a gift after our long drive.

We did experience some bugs and a crazy amount of spiders inside and out, that was a new experience. But just like most homes, it really depends on the expertise of the people you hire. Maybe the homeowners need a new better exterminator, I hope they find one. eek!

The Sundowner was amazing We had the absolute best vacation. The house was so beautiful. It looked just like the pictures and so clean. They came and cleaned the hot tub and pool mid week. Everything was perfect. We would definitely go back. It was a dream vacation!

We adored this house! The decorations and pictures were a cut above! The mattresses were so very comfortable! The pool area is amazing and the trees surrounding it were especially cozy. And the ice maker... wow - what a thoughtful addition. The home is also in a wonderful location. We hope to come again!

Sundowner - Great Family Vacation House Our family had a wonderful time at this house. The Owner's have done a very good job of having the right amenities for a vacation stay including beach chairs, pool toys, kitchen appliances and amenities. The house was clean and fit our family well. We would highly recommend this location.

2024 summer at sundowner The Sundowner home is very comfortable and inviting. Loved the views from the decks the ingrown pool and the hot tub.

Sundowner 2023 Beautiful home with all the amenities needed to make the vacation a success! Everything clean and in good working order!

Sundowner was Just Right for our family The Sundowner was just right for our family gathering that included myself, our 3 adult children and their spouses and 3 grandchildren. It was spacious, with ample seating for eating and lounging together, but also afforded each family/individual to have private space as desired. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The pool was bigger than expected. I was even able to swim some short laps and we all enjoyed all the inflatables availabe. We were so grateful for all of beach supplies--beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and beach toys. One small drawback was the poor internet reception on the third floor so we were unable to stream movies we wanted to watch together.

A lovely home! Sundowner is a beautiful, spacious house with everything we needed for a quiet week away. A great layout, comfy beds and just a sense of being in a home rather than a rental. Wonderful views of the sound from the back deck add to the sense of being away from it all. Wonderful!

Beautiful home…loved our stay.

Wonderful Vacation House was very clean and well equipped with everything you need including pool floats, we did have a problem with the dryer vent but maintenance had it fixed within hours, would recommend this home to anyone, we will probably book it again for our next visit to OBX..
