Fabulous cottage Loved the amount of space very well decorated,the 3 refrigerator was a game changer.The pool and hou tub was amazing. I definitely will be back to the cottage.

Great Family Vacation We really enjoyed our stay at a Summer Place. The house was clean and roomy. The extra tables in the living room/dining room provided extra space for playing games and working puzzles. The nearby boardwalk made walking to the beach access easier. The pool was a hit. The driveway provided plenty of room for parking. The house was in a convenient location. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay with friends and fur baby We all had a great time at A Summer Place. Easy beach access. All the rooms are spacious. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. The kitchen was well equipped with the extras, like a waffle iron, and crockpot. The house also has beach chairs and boogie boards that we were not aware of. The house did not however have any starter supply’s as it list like a garbage bag, toilet paper, etc.. The weather was great and we made lots of memories.

House was excellent. Plenty of room for all of us. With the hurricane weather we experienced, the house was great to keep us entertained.

Great house, great pool! Location close to the beach! We really enjoyed the open floor plan to gather together and each room had their own bathroom for privacy.

Summer place From the moment we walked in the home, we were in awe of the space, beauty, location, and ended up, inviting another guest to join spontaneously last minute. The views of the Atlantic ocean & morning sunrises were impeccable. The location to the beach access was convenient. The house layout was perfect. We did have a few issues with maintenance that were immediately discussed with management on the phone. In a separate review, I did mention some plumbing issues and cleanliness of the grill outside. Resort realty does a great job with accessibility on their app for maintenance as well as Verbally on the phone! The main thing for us would be the dog, friendly nature of this home, which we were so happy with!

Great Place for Families with Pets We had a wonderful time at this house. It's about a 2.5 block walk to the beach, and the house was big enough to hold our family of 7 adults and a one year old. The inside of the home is impeccably kept and provided enough space for everyone. A couple minor things to consider. The outside areas could be better kept, including the grill and clearing of mature spider webs along the ceilings of the decks. The pool and hot tub are very clean and well maintained. Bottom line, for a house that allows pets, this home is very clean,provides plenty of space, secluded enough to see the stars at night, while being close to shopping and entertainment. We would definitely look to go back.

Great house for a big family vacation The house is big and spacious, love the pool and not far from the beach. It has all the amenities you need.

Great Vacation Our annual vacation to OBX was one of the best ones. Granddaughters first trip as well as one of my sons fiancé. Lots of laughs and memories were made. We usually stay on lighthouse drive but this house was great for our needs. Very clean, and updated. Nothing at all to complain about. Loved every day of this vacation! (even though the dog escaped and ran away but we found him!)

Great house We’ve been visiting the Outer Banks on and off for 20 years. This house is one of the best maintained houses where everything worked as it should. Hat’s off to the cleaners as well considering it’s pet friendly, it was spotless on our arrival. I called for a replacement propane tank as the maintenance office was closing and it was there at 7am.

Great Whalehead Home This was our 11th time in Corolla/Whalehead and this was the most updated of the pet-friendly homes we've stayed in. It was nice not having carpet in the main areas and rooms for ease of cleaning. Kitchen was well-stocked and only repair/maintenance items were minor. Quick walk to the Perch beach access. Game room was great for the teens in the house. Only minor annoyances were not being able to do an earlier check-in and the pool was not cleaned well mid-week. I would recommend this property overall!

Family vacation This was the perfect house in the perfect community. We loved our time here and will definitely be making this one of our favorite places to vacation.

A summer place The house has been nicely updated, and was spacious and comfortable. We liked that it was so close to the beach access. We really appreciated the pool/hot tub, and the fenced in backyard! We had several days of wind, so we could not go to the beach and having this beautiful space really helped. The video games were also a hit with the kids and the adults. The bedrooms were a nice size, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, though there are a few things they had several of (knives), and other that were needed more of (baking pans, cookie sheets and serving bowls). The gas geill was also much appreciated!

Great house in Whalehead We just had a great week in Corolla at A Summer Place! This home was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The check in/out process was a breeze. The home is very nicely decorated with bright colors and a nice kitchen (even had 2 dish washers!). Having linens and towels was so helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub many nights. I really liked having the walkway/path to the beach only 3 houses down. Neighborhood is one of our favorites. We would rent this house again.

Gorgeous House This house was very nice. It fit all our family needs perfect. My older grandchildren loved the game room with the pool table. They spent most of the week in there and at the pool and got tube. Beautiful remodel done to this home. Needs a couple things fixed but would definitely stay in it again if we were younger.

Next time, I may not leave This property is BEAUTIFUL & had every single thing you could need on vacation. I have never stayed in a home that was so fully stocked; from the kitchen to outside play things - they had it all! Spaciously designed home with perfect décor, great water pressure & comfortable/clean beds. My young adult children enjoyed the game room while I enjoyed the quiet of the upper decks. The WIFI even worked out by the pool area! There is no need to stay anywhere else in OBX.

Vacation celebrating birthday Loved the location easy walk to beach. The house was beautiful, we enjoyed having the room for friends and family to come and best thing was my fur baby got to come! He enjoyed all of the attention he / we loved all of the decks where we had our coffee and he enjoyed his cookies and people watching. The pool was great way to spend time relaxing when it got to windy on the beach. Great vacation 😍

1521 -A Summer Place Beautiful house! Had all the comforts of home & then some! All the TVs were great to have, pool was wonderful, and two additional refrigerators on ground level were wonderful to have. We always rent in August, and unfortunately for home owners, many previous renters do not treat these houses as they would their own. They abuse them, and unfortunately by end of summer, the late season renters have less than perfect houses. But we would definitely rent this house again!

Nice Amenities & Close to the Beach The house was amazing. The most well appointed, clean, and welcoming home I've rented. Overall this was a wonderful experience both with the realty company and home itself. There are small tweaks that could have been or be made, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home and rental company following our stay. Highlights of the home were the welcome note and hidden whale game, the welcome bag with goodies, and wine honor system. Such cute and thoughtful touches and started the vacation on a lovely note.
