Wonderful vacation house We had a wonderful vacation and this house was perfect for us. While not oceanfront, we could still see and hear the ocean which worked fine for us. And it was just a very short walk to get to the beach. We plan to return in the very near future and hope this house will be available for us again then.
Great features and location, but... The house itself is a great location to the beach. It has a lot of amenities that we used, including the private pool. Its a great house, but the king and queen beds need replaced. They are shot and very uncomfortable. The house was clean when we arrived. The only thing we had to call housekeeping for was a broom since the house didn't have one. All in all it's a great house with a great location, just needs new mattresses on a few beds!
Great vacation in this house We absolutely loved this house! Everything worked well, lots of space for families to spread out or be together. Loved the pool and hot tub and large dining table. Beds were comfy, kitchen was very well stocked and it's very close to the beach access! We had an amazing trip here. Only suggestions would be to have the neighbors trim their bushes so you can see to pull out of the driveway and to have the pool company make renters aware when they are treating the pool as we planned a whole pool day and then pool shock was needed so we had to make alternative plans for a few hours. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!!!
Great stay, one of the best we've had in many years of visiting Corolla! Clean home with working amenities. Extremely easy walk to the beach. Barely even a walk! Great use of space throughout the whole house and feeling of private space outside too.
Great OBX rental Drift Inn is comfortable, well equipped and nicely updated. We really enjoyed all the great features, especially the pool and hot tub. It was nice to be so close to public beach access. Having two dishwashers in the kitchen was also a nice detail. We’d definitely stay at Drift Inn again.
