The place was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a wedding to go to in Asheville so we needed a place with plenty of space. This house was great so we could all stay in the same place together. Parking was easy outside and the pool and house was overall good.
Awesome property and lots of things to do with the house.All our issues were "cosmetic"....you are out in the country, so there is always chances for ants and things....not a big deal at all....Curtain in master bath needed replacing...again, not a big deal at all...Theatre TV was hard to figure out....we ended up putting the Roku app on our IPhones and it worked fine...Again, would absolutely stay again.....just needed a few cosmetic things done...
This was a great home for a bachelorette trip! It was an easy drive to downtown, and the house was very spacious with a nice outdoor area. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great experience!
The best part about this house is the pool! We spent every and all day in the pool and the kids loved it. Also loved the outdoor area in general. The biggest con: it’s an active construction site. Half a fence was up, but the other half on the ground still being built. Bathrooms were half gutted and one tub was missing a drain stopper (hard to do baths with kids). And pretty much undone projects throughout the house. The neighborhood is quiet, but not necessarily super close to all of the great Asheville attractions.
The pictures were not all up to date especially with the backyard. We chose a house away from downtown specifically for the background and was extremely disappointed. There were also multiple areas in house that were in the middle of being take care of which did not effect our stay but was odd.
House is spacious. Pool was nice. House was in the middle of renovations so not in the best shape. Neighborhood is a little rough. Pretty close to everything. Overall good experience.
The property was exactly as listed and perfect for our family get together/vacation. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and we would book again if the whole family visits Asheville in the future.

This place was great for my college friends and I to spend a long weekend. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house had anything you needed including fully-stocked appliances in the kitchen. It was a great geographical location because it was close to downtown, but still a suburb. The neighborhood was a little interesting because there were a lot of “characters” but, even with a group of 6 girls, we felt safe. I would stay here again if back in Asheville.
Overall great, fun place to stay
Fun times for all ages! There are lots of things to do as a group but it’s also easy to slip away to your own little retreat to get away from it all when you are ready! This place was perfect for our big family!

Very clean, spacious rooms, movie theater, great outdoor fire pit area, plenty of trash cans, half gate to leading downstairs was a great feature for small children, kitchen had good quality pots and pans and updated appliances.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip with a group of 10 and absolutely loved it! The house was super spacious, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. The movie room was such a fun touch for our nights in, and the hot tub was a favorite spot for everyone. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups or special occasions!
We had such a great stay here! The house was very clean. The pool was pristine! The beds were comfortable and every room had a tv which was very impressive. The size of the house is really nice when you have 10 people like we did. We didn’t get to use the theater room but were blown away with the space! The host was helpful with anything we needed and responded quickly. It is 15 minutes from down town but it was nice to have a quiet neighborhood to come back too. It didn’t feel far at all. I definitely would rent this place again if I need to house 10 people again!

A couple of my business friends/colleagues and I met up at this home in Asheville for a working retreat. There were 4 adult individuals and one couple. We each had our own bedroom although one bedroom was the bunk beds in the game room with less than stellar sleeping arrangements. The hot tub was hot and the pool was full but needed a cleaning. The cleaning crew came the next day, but we had already cleaned it. The weather was nasty and prevented us from using the pool, but the hot tub and movie room got good use. We used the grill for steaks one night and we had almost all of our meals in the home. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances. The furniture in the home is comfortable and we spent a great deal of time working at the large kitchen table. The neighborhood was noisy, but I expect this was unusual. There was some construction going on, neighbors mowing, one family having a late-night party, and a loose chicken roaming the yard. Ha! The host was super responsive and helpful when we failed to locate the correct WiFi network. The location of the house allowed for grocery and doordash deliveries too. The home is likely from the 1970s, but it is large and much of it has been remodeled. This would be a great place to stay for large families, multiple kids, etc. The backyard is fenced and made for entertaining. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for us to get full use of the home and amenities. Asheville is a great place to visit!

Great house in Asheville and location was easy access to downtown, especially at 11pm for Insomnia Cookies. The pool was relaxing for the adults and kids. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids LOVED the big room downstairs and we all enjoyed the movie room.
The house has lots of things for a family to enjoy, and the arcade games and pool were huge hits. Movie room was also very nice space. But some of it is a little dated. Lots of spaces for the family to spread out in though. The neighborhood is a little run down in places.
Asheville Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We were a party of 14 family members ranging in age from 3 to 85. There were a few bumps in the road. The internet was not functioning and it took a few days to fix, but the property managers were responsive to our messages. 2 of the 3 bathtubs were not functioning properly, but again. The property managers were responsive. The pool and hot tub were fabulous!! The grandkids loved swimming. The pool table was ‘kid size’ so my 6 foot tall husband had a bit of a back ache, but he played with the grandkids for hours in end. We were disappointed that the air Vicky table had been replaced with a ping pong table. The pac man game was my 3 year old granddaughters favorite thing in the house!! The house was plenty large enough to fence everyone space to enjoy each other’s company or retreat to a quiet space. The property managers did offer compensation due to the inconvenience. We would stay there again if we ever go back to Asheville.

Our group LOVED this place! The pool, hot tub, and game room, gave options for everyone. The place was very clean and Kyle and Nicole were very responsive with any questions we had. The location is easy and pretty close to downtown which was a bonus for us. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Asheville.
This was a nightmare. Before we booked we asked if the pool was in working order, the hosts stated it was. We booked with the expectation that the pool would be usable for the entirety of the stay. When we arrived the pool was in an untreated state could not be swam in by ourselves or any of our children. Immediately we reached out to our hosts and wanted a quick resolution so we could have use of the pool. They told us that their pool technician was not available for the weekend and would not be able to service the pool until Monday. Assuming a shock of the pool would require 24 hours till we could use the pool. This would mean over half the stay without a usable pool. The conversation with them deteriorated as they didn’t offer suitable resolutions and we wished to simply cancel the remainder of the stay and rebook with someone who had a working pool. They would not respond to Airbnb staff and as of yet have not issued a refund for cleaning fees/taxes for a 1 night stay.
We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible host. Communication was prompt, clear, and friendly from the moment we booked until check-out. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the property was exactly as described — clean, well-maintained, and cozy. We enjoyed game room, movie theater, hot tub and living & dining area while our group was staying there. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, and the host’s local recommendations were spot on. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend staying here — thank you for your hospitality!
We wanted to stay close to my son's apartment when we visited and this was the perfect location. We had 3 generations staying in the house: the selection of rooms was perfect. Grandparents stayed on the main level, my husband and I and his sister stayed in the upstairs rooms, and the adult kids stayed in the basement. Beds were comfortable, water pressure for showers was awesome. Mini-splits in each room were handy so that the always-cold elders could stay warm in their rooms while the rest of us stayed cool in ours. We loved being able to cook breakfast and dinners in the kitchen! And super helpful to have baby gear available when my son brought his baby over for dinner one night.
The house was very nice- perfect for family in town for a wedding. We’ll-appointed and exactly as advertised.
Peaceful lots to do in the house
We love Asheville and overall the stay was good - the property has potential but could definitely use some TLC. Pros - house is easy to get to, good layout for a large group, nice play space for kids, hosts were friendly and fairly responsive (it’s a property management co) Cons - property is dated and would benefit from some renovation, outside area needs better maintenance (the backyard was unkept - lots of fallen leaves around the outdoor area, and the furniture was soaking wet when we arrived as there are no covers for the sitting area), WiFi was spotty

Everything was wonderful. This was a fantastic place to stay. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the hot tub didn't work. Everything else was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend staying here.
Internet wasn’t working or was very slow, hot tub wasn’t full, further away from downtown than advertised. Cool place otherwise, but I would not go back here if I was visiting Asheville again.

Ain’t Life Grand Although our three night concert run was canceled, this place made the trip well worth the go. Plenty of space, activities, and proximity to amenities, kept us entertained and unplugged.
Great place. Stayed for a baseball tournament. The pool and hot tub are great. Hard to tell the size of a pool in pics and I’d say it looked bigger in person. Many close amenities; Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, multiple grocery stores. Also a great bowling alley 1.5 miles away with great food for the boys. Overall vibe of Asheville great and friendly people. House stayed cool. Plenty of towels provided and other toiletries. For a tournament this home is a great option as staying in a hotel would be tight and crowded.

Loved the house and all the amenities provided, spent lots of time down by the pool and hot tub. Beds and couch were very comfortable and lots of towels and toiletries were provided. Very response host and she was very friendly and helpful to us during our stay.

Great stay! We booked very last minute and I'm so grateful to Abigail for dealing with us on a Saturday and on Easter. The house is spotless, cute, and comfy. We loved the hot tub, pool (kids got in only as Spring is just hitting Asheville and it was chilly,) and the stone fire pit. It's in a neighborhood, but the backyard feels completely private. The movie room is in a renovated garage so we couldnt hear the kids at all, which we liked. Location is West Asheville, which I've watched grow over the years, and the house is in a growing neighborhood. Very nice seasonal mountain view! Super close to stores, restaurants, highway, and a quick drive to Downtown Asheville. It's also close, obviously, to all the West Asheville breakfast spots, which are a must go! Thank you, Abigail, for the responsiveness and patience! I told my friends if we ever get a rental, I'm calling Abigail to run it. 😀
