The house was perfect - clean, comfy, and close to campus. Host was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for 3-6 people. Decor is a lovely gray modern neutral and tasteful art and furnishings. Very near University in a small safe neighborhood.

Super comfy master bed. Greater location to Mizzou. Was here for Summer Speedo sectional swim meet. Booked again for Winter Speedo Sectionals in March.

Had a very nice stay. Home was immaculate which I especially appreciate and the location is pretty central to almost anything in Columbia and it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommend both the home and the host.

Was very welcome to an extremely tasteful house. Whatever we needed was there. Would be more than welcome to stay there again.

Super clean and a great location. This was a perfect fit for our family. I love they had plenty of cleaning supplies (dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc stocked). They also had a decent supply of common spices. We stayed while we were in town helping family and will definitely consider the next time we are in Columbia.

We loved this house! It was perfect for Mom's weekend. We had three moms and three daughters, and the house was perfect size. The house was very clean, and well kept. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable!The house was in close proximity to everything. The neighbors were friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful! Very comfortable and relaxing. I love they have tv’s in every room! The house was very clean and I had no problems with communication from the host. I just wish it was fans there because I got warm at night with the comfy sheets, and check out was 11a not 10a. I do think the non refundable deposit should be refundable or disclosed in the advertisement before booking. Other than that I cannot complain at all! They accommodated me and my family last minute and I cannot thank them enough for that. My next visit to Columbia, if this place is not booked, I will definitely be booking again.

We had a fantastic weekend in Columbia for a family wedding. Kelly’s house was a big part of great time! It is right off Stadium Blvd which meant easy access to shopping and to the venues we needed to find. We could not have been more pleased! We highly recommend.

We had an excellent trip. The property is as described within a mile or so of campus. We had 6 of us there for a campus tour and meeting and it was very comfortable. We were able to cook some meals, play some games, watch some football and catch up with friends. There isn’t too much green space, but there is a nice table with benches outside off of the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of towels and bedding, plus dishes and cookware to get breakfast made. The kcup machine worked great for coffee in the morning. Everything was neat, organized and clean.

I've stayed in a few places in Columbia when I'm in the area for training. This place was very close to all the restaurants in the area, and the neighborhood was quiet. The inside was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.

Loved this property! Perfect location and the property looks exactly like the photos. Communication was super easy and very responsive when I needed something. I’ve stayed at a few properties so far waiting for my house to be finished and this has been my favorite by far. I wanted to stay longer, but it was already booked. There are a little extra fees you will need to pay, but it’s worth it.

Top notch in every way:nice neighborhood, scrupulously clean, comfortable beds. Although we did not cook, we observed that the kitchen was well stocked. And the host was promptly responsive to any questions.

Kelly was a very friendly and super responsive host. Great place to stay, especially if you are visiting Mizzou. I dropped my daughter off there for her first year of college, and the house is literally a 5 minute drive from the campus. I would definitely stay again. Home was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

Amazing CoMo home away from home Five of us met in Columbia to visit friends that live there. The home is in a cute neighborhood and was exactly as described! It was a great get away and had eoom to eat, play games and sit around and visit. i would love to return.

This house was adorable and very comfortable for a girls reunion weekend. Very clean and had a well supplied kitchen for out of town guests. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Excellent Accommodations This home was excellent for our long weekend trip. We had 3 couples traveling together, and the 3 bedrooms on one floor was a great option! Nice amount of room around the table to visit. Easy access to anywhere in Columbia.

My friends and I had a great stay at Kelly’s place! We were in town for the True False Film Festival and the property was a short drive to downtown Columbia. The beds were comfy, towels soft, and the home was warm and welcoming. We loved our stay!

Thankful for a house to stay in on a business trip with a kitchen to cook in, washer & dryer etc. The house had pretty decor and kitchen had nice pots, pans, cookware. Clean bathrooms. However, several things needed attention or maintenance. Few washcloths, no dish cloths only towels. Communication was unclear as to what items would or would not be available. Bed frames weren't put together well, resulting in uncomfortable beds. Improvement could definitely be made in these areas. Would be great for only a night or two but not as great for a longer stay. Thank you for everything!

The house was beautifully decorated like a magazine which created a very peaceful environment. The abundance of kitchen items, plush bathroom towels and comfortable beds made a for a very relaxing stay. Note: There is a $50 damage waiver required through an outside source. Would stay here again!

We had a great experience staying in this home. Everything was beautifully decorated and spotless. Appreciated the level of detail in the decorating. Great beds and linens. Watch out for the required $50 deposit/insurance that is non refundable and requires a separate registration. Personally I would prefer they just charge more for the rental.
