Family Cabin Trip Property was beautiful. Set back surrounded by nature but still close to restaurants and beaches. Our family enjoyed the pool the most and swinging in the hammocks. We had 6 kids and 6 adults and each family had their own level. It felt big enough for all! We will be visiting agai !
Family Vacation Family had a great week long visit. Every issue we had was quickly addressed and mostly resolved. Nice central location for different day trips.

Girls Trip Cute & clean log cabin farm house with a great pool and jacuzzi. Huge lawn and a pond if you like fishing. The pool has comfy loungers, several umbrellas and a great automatic cover. There is a large outdoor sectional and an outdoor dining table for 8. The barn cat is adorable! When we had a few questions, the property manager was super responsive! Quiet area - secluded with lots of land and trees. Stocked with everything you need for a beautiful getaway about 1.5 hours from Chicago. Highly recommend!!
Our family of nine really enjoyed our time at Scout's Haven. The house was clean and very well stocked with everyday supplies. The pool, hot tub and jacuzzi were very clean and the outside property was well maintained. Family members also enjoyed the pond and visiting the cat in the barn. One suggestion I had was to purchase some large bowls to mix family size salads. Also, although the air conditioning was comfortable in the main space and upper bedroom, the basement was freezing. We had planned to have my son's family stay downstairs with their one year old daughter giving them more living space but that was not possible given the cold temperature.I think having space heaters would be a great idea to address this issue. This is a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely recommend it.
