The house is truly a compound for entertaining and fun! Breathtaking views, beautiful amenities and rooms and a very responsive host! We hosted our corporate retreat and used the grounds for fun and team building and the theatre area was perfect for us to do our presentations and work. All together incredible! Only recommendation for someone visiting is to have an SUV to get up that hill. A normal car might have some difficulty. Thanks!
We had a great stay and really appreciated the hosts having us. We were traveling with a fairly large group from our company, and the house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone, a great floor plan, and honestly more things to do at the house than we could possibly take advantage of during our stay. The hosts were great, the house was exactly what we were hoping for, and everything made traveling with a larger group very easy. I could see this being a great place for all kinds of groups, whether traveling for business or getting family and friends together. We’ll definitely be back for future business trips and would absolutely consider staying here for a family trip as well. Thanks again to the hosts for a great stay!
We were a three generation party of 22 people and were looking for a place that fit us all comfortably and had a lot of amenities. The house was perfect. There's so much to do in the Asheville area, but the day we stayed home was the most fun. Movies, golfing, paddleball... were perfect to keep us all entertained, no matter the age. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house and would definitely return the next time we're in the area!
We really loved our week in Michael's home. It was all that we had hoped for. The amenities were outstanding. Plenty for everyone to do. The road up to the house was a challenge but once you got used to it we adapted. The game building and pool were great. One of the two hot tubs wasn't working but we did fine with the one that was. We loved that we could get all 16 of us around the dining room table. There is so much to do in this house we found ourselves barely touching the surface of activities. We made ourselves visit the music room and the sauna. The workout room was a highlight as several in our group are workout junkies. The view was spectacular and it was great having a beautiful winery down the hill. I give this place an A++++
The home in Fletcher was absolutely spectacular. The home was spacious and exceeded our expectations. Everyone had their own space, the game room was amazing, and my grandkids spent a lot of time there. The pool was well maintained and really appreciated with the heat and humidity the week we spent there. We were a bit surprised at the single-track road up to the property; it was seven tenths of a mile long and in poor condition with wash outs and a few really deep potholes. A hairpin turn preceded a 15% incline and was pretty disconcerting and in the dark I consider it quite dangerous. A little heads up would have been appreciated.
The house was very comfortably decorated with lots of gathering places. Lots of activities on site , didn’t need to leave. Really appreciated the small things like extra towels, dish detergent, laundry supplies, trash bags, etc. so that we didn’t have to waste time. Beautiful setting overlooking the mountains.
This place was incredible for our family reunion! Every age had amenities that entertained them (3 generations). Hosts were responsive, helpful, and proactive about our experience!

We hosted a leadership retreat at this beautiful home. The view is incredible and the house is equally as special. The home is spacious and well appointed. The hosts clearly prioritize hospitality with thoughtful touches throughout. Communication from booking to checkout as fast and easy. I would highly suggest this home for a unique and memorable stay.
Incredible house - pictures don’t do it justice. Everything worked great and the house was clean. Michael was very responsive. There is a very small stretch of the road up to the house that is unpaved and we had some issues getting smaller vehicles up, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Overall, well worth it for the beautiful views and quietness at the top of the mountain!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Michael and the other hosts were always responsive to our needs, even when there were little hiccups along the way. The space itself is extremely well appointed and everything you need is there. The natural beauty of the area and views of the surrounding mountains are only rivaled by all the activities available right at the house. They thought of everything! Perfect place for any age. Our group will likely be back next year!
Great weekend getaway for extended family. Things to do for all ages groups. Multiple areas inside and out to relax together.Only two issues. One was the kitchen. Large by normal standards but undersized for a home with this many bedrooms.Second issue was initial communication with the owner. They use a company to communicate with renters but the actual owner can respond as well. The problem is that it comes across labeled as the same person in the app. Doesn't sound like an issue until you realize that one can't see what the other has said. We were told initially that we could have a later checkout but then after booking the "owner" communicated that they hadn't agreed to that. It was very odd seeing the supposed same person saying two different things. The actual owner quickly fixed the issue and it was much appreciated. I would recommend that future communications be delineated somehow if they are coming from the actual owner or the management team. Overall great experience and we are trying to figure out a time to rent again soon!
Awesome house with so much room, a great view, and a ton of amenities. Our group of friends really enjoyed ourselves.
View is worth it! Beautiful property with so many things for kids to do. Make sure you read details about months pool is open. Even with beautiful weather for weeks beforehand, pool wasn’t open in mid April. Driveway isn’t mentioned in description. It’s a 1 mile trek up a 1 way mountain and will take you 5min because it’s treacherous until you reach the entrance of the property. Don’t bring a car. You will need an SUV because of the road being washed away at various parts. Worth it once you get to the top. Arrived to many things not working properly, so definitely reach out and ask if there is anything not working prior to your stay so you will be prepared. We paid over $2000 per night so we expected a first class experience. Wasn’t able to get repaired during our stay but host was very responsive and helpful. Host did apply a small refund but still paid top dollar. The outdoor area out back is relaxing as it gets. Firepit will be a memory that lasts a lifetime. We will return!
We had such a fun spring break here!! There are so many on site amenities and activities that our family of active boys never got bored!! The hosts were always helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had 😊
Our stay did not meet basic standards for cleanliness or maintenance, especially for the price. There was a widespread bug infestation throughout the entire home (not isolated), including stink bugs, spiders, and other insects in bedrooms, common areas, and even near food. Some guests reported bugs in beds. We spent the stay removing them ourselves. A pest control visit on the last day was ineffective, and the smell made the areas unusable. Other issues included loss of heat/power in part of the home, a cloudy hot tub, broken grills/TVs, an unusable pickleball area, a damaged basketball hoop, and a telescope with visible bugs inside. We saw prior reviews mentioning similar issues and were told they were fixed, but we experienced the same problems. Future guests should confirm that previously reported issues have truly been resolved before booking. Given our experience, it is difficult to reconcile the property's condition during our stay with prior highly rated reviews.
House lived up to the pictures!
We had 4 families vacation together and had an amazing time on this GORGEOUS property. Truly jaw -dropping. Then kids had endless fun playing basketball, golf, arcade games, corn hole, watching movies in the theatre... the list goes on! It was the perfect set up to cook family style dinners and the dining room views were unreal. We had fires each night with smores, while watching the magical sunset. For a moutaintop home, this property had SO much green space and yard for throwing a football and allowing the younger kids to safely run free. The sun room off the kitchen was the Mom's lounge ;) One of the best room's in this amazing house. Michael was so attentive and responsive, he answered ours texts and calls immediately with the few questions we had. Thank you for the best week!! This house is truly unique.
Host was great. Accommodated a change in schedule due to an ice storm that was set to hit us. The home has a lot of amenities, however one of the two jacuzzis wasn’t working while we were there. Management company was responsive and so was the owner. Some rooms cold and some hot made it difficult to regulate the inside but the amount of ammenities allowed us to not harp on it. Overall good experience but I think they are still improving so wonder what it will be like in a couple of years. Would recommend for large parties.
I would NEVER recommend this owner or their properties. The owner relies upon AI management, shoddy housekeeping and maintenance, and an entitled attitude completely devoid of effective communication and leadership. This is a negligent host who prioritizes financial gain over guest safety. —we became literally snowed in when the host failed to make arrangements for snow removal and treatment on the steep, winding driveway. We were forced to spend an extra 1.5 days at the property until we worked to find a company to get us out safely. Messages to the host were met with AI platitudes and deceptions. —there is an disturbing infestation of stink bugs in all areas of the home; light fixtures are filled with their dead bodies. —the in-ground swimming pool has NO safety fence or barrier of any kind —upon return home, multiple members of our group were diagnosed with a skin infection (angry red pustules) directly resulting from the hot tub’s untreated, contaminated water. —slick entrances
The house is nice and has lots of activities. Pickleball/ basketball court and the pitch and putt area are both fun. I’ve actually never written a review before but with the issues we faced, I want to be sure future potential tenants know. Main issues were with items that need repair….telescope was broken, all fireplaces were broken, the tv projector was broken until our last night there. The exterior lights on the house didn’t work so walking back and forth to the game building was difficult for kids. One of the bathrooms did not have any cold water so we had to bring in cold water to take a bath that wasn’t scalding hot. The MIL suite didn’t have sufficient hot water for 1 shower and the washer dryer didn’t work. We simply felt that for the amount we had paid, the amenities should have been in working order and simple comforts, like hot and cold water, should have been available.
What an unbelievable venue... we hosted a leadership retreat here and the space was perfect. We filled every bed and felt like we had room for double the group size. Intimate spaces throughout the house to meet and have convos. The thetaer and game building made it all come together perfectly. Hosts were amazing to work with in real time with questions and requests. Highly recommend!
Was an excellent place to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday for a multi generational family get together. We’ll share memories of this weekend for years to come.
We just loved this house especially the deck. Sunset from the deck was splendid. House is located on a hill top with gorgeous views from most of the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed sun room. Kids were in awe with the arcade room and movie theater. Getting there is a bit tricky but we got clear instructions from the host. Though we spent a bit much, every penny was worth it!!!
Had a few issues along the way, but the owners were very responsive and remedies were made with haste. Beautiful property, beautiful views, beautiful home. Overall, a fantastic experience
we stayed here for a company offsite and absolutely loved it. the house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed — plenty of room for a big group and tons to do on the property. the views were incredible and made every morning feel special. getting up the mountain is definitely a bit of an adventure, but once you’re there it’s completely worth it. would happily come back!
The house was phenomenal. Beautiful views of the valley below. Mornings with the fog were amazing views. House was large and easily slept the entire group. Lots of things to do on property. The game room was especially fun and spent several hours there.
We hosted our annual couples retreat at this location and we had a blast. We pretty much used the entire facility from using the golf simulator to the pool to the hot tubs. We had a little dance event the last night with a couples we also had a blast in the karaoke room one night - we used the golf course and played a lot of Pickleball- had a lot of laughs.. The one thing about the house is massive and huge however, the kitchen is not very big - so we had to do some strategy on cooking for the 20+ people- and the driveway to get to the place was awesome yet pretty treacherous- but it provided an amazing view of the mountains. Thank you so much. We had a great stay.
Amazing home, great for a huge crowd as the house is massive. Beautifully decorated with entertainment amenities galore. A newer listing so I think they are still working out some kinks (our check-in ended up being delayed an hour because the cleaners needed more time, hot water issue in one shower, etc), but it didn't take away from our overall experience. Great communication from the hosts, which is always appreciated.
Excellent stay, cannot say enough about this property or the host! Hands down the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at! The views were amazing. Our group would sit on the deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the mountain range every night! The golf course, pickleball court, pool and movie theater were definitely trip favorites. The interior decor was stunning and made the stay feel so unique! Close to a great winery and Sierra Nevada brewing to top it off! Would definitely recommend for your stay!
Lovely property. Beautiful sunsets. There is tons of space to spread out! Very responsive hosts. We did have very low water pressure the first night (couldn’t do dishes or shower) but our hosts were very responsive to the issue (the water tank just has to refill and someone stayed before us). By the second day of our trip it was fine. Internet super fast.
The house and amenities were great and as described in this location. I am looking forward to the next time we book. I highly recommend this property. Owners were super responsive and very accommodating.
The place is perfect. The pictures can’t do it justice. Any group of people would enjoy staying here. We took 12 adults and had a great time, never having to leave the property over 3 days. I would come back with several families and kids as well, as this place would be great for kids of all ages. The place is newly remodeled and pretty much every amenity we encountered was brand new. The game room, theater, golf and sport court is all about 100 feet from the main house. We spent a ton of time chipping to the greens, playing pickleball, or getting out of the heat and staying in the game room. At night it was impossible to beat the back deck and fire pit. The pool and playground are right next to each other, which looked ideal for kids. There were so many rooms in the house, I don’t think we even saw them all. Would recommend! 5 stars.
I stated the place was great, but what an understatement, it was more like AWESOME, AMAZING, FANTASTIC! This home truly had something for everyone to do. Our family, whose ages ranged from 3 months to 82, enjoyed the peace, the pool, playing volley ball in the pool, relaxing on the extremely comfy lounge chairs, playing pickel ball, watching the Pacer game in the theater. Oh my gosh, I could write a book about this place! The message chair was a big hit, but the view from the deck and from the grassy area next to it was extraordinary. We felt like we were staying at an all-inclusive resort on the Riviera...breathtaking. The last night of our stay was a perfect evening, pleasant, clear blue sky. We enjoyed a great fire in the sunken pit, sang songs, listened to music, while others took advantage of the two hot tubs. What a great vacation. This one will be a hard one to top. Incredible house with stunning views, furnished tastefully and extremely cozy, with amenities to keep you busy for days. Was a 5* experience all around. looking forward to next time we get to stay at this estate!
Our family of 20+ people were the lucky ones to be able to stay for the first time at this epic resort! It’s rare when the pictures don’t do a property justice which is the case here! It was stunning inside and out! There were so many activities on site, and so much room and comfort, that we didn’t have to leave to be entertained for 3 nights! We are a musical family and particularly enjoyed the karaoke lounge complete with instruments and microphones! We sang into the night all wearing our provided matching robes but didn’t disturb the little ones sleeping upstairs since the house is nicely spread out! We loved the game room as well. The golf simulator was a big hit as was the Pickleball court and all the arcade games! There was a toy room that our little ones spent hours in! We loved the outside bar and stargazing with the telescope in the clear igloo at night! The sunsets are spectacular and we took many family photos during golden hour! Thanks to Michael and his team!
