Perfect Corolla Getaway! We absolutely loved our stay at Sandy Pause! The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the pool, outdoor spaces, front and back decks, and the beautiful morning sunrises!<br /> <br /> The location was perfect. Close to great restaurants and breweries, which we enjoyed each day. We did not get a chance to take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen or grill, but it was nice knowing everything was there if we wanted it!<br /> <br /> Property Management team was also wonderful! They provided all the information we needed before and during our stay and made the entire process seamless from beginning to end.<br /> <br /> Great house, great location and a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

OBX 2026 This was our second stay at &ldquo;Sandy Pause&rdquo; and we are again so happy with our stay. Not all is perfect with any vacation but everything came into place and did not let it dampen our spirits. The weather was absolutely perfect! Everyday was a beach day! We had every age group represented 74 to 1 1/5. This house accommodated our every need!! Thank you Resort Realty, we plan to come stay again next summer!

Great house and super responsive service! This is our second year staying in this house and we love it! Location is right by the walkway to the beach. Our boys love the game room and pool.<br /> <br /> We had a tiny maintenance need and submitted a ticket online. They responded fast and fixed it--super easy for us.<br /> <br /> We can&#39;t wait to stay again next year!

Excellent Stay House has everything that we need for our family of 11. Plenty of room, nice pool area and an easy 5 min walk to the beach. Have stayed here 4 times and will be back!

OBX 2025 We enjoyed this house so very much!! We have been staying in Corolla on and off for twenty years. Staying different houses but &ldquo; Sandy Pause&rdquo; thus far has been our favorite. The cleaning was exceptional and the house fit our group perfectly. We appreciate having family vacations every year and when the house is a perfect fit just makes it so much better. Loved the location The home was beautiful. If a few neighboring trees could be topped off the view to the ocean would have been great. Baby pool could not keep tree droppings out so we would not use even after midweek algae scrub. Shed had lots of amenities. Kitchen had everything but a spatula so bought and donated a set. Our family of five adults and two dogs ultimately enjoyed the trip. It would have been great to have a broom to sweep up hair and sand periodically but that is our preference.

People and paws all loved our beach vacation! We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Pause. There was plenty of space, the pool and volleyball court were excellent additions and the location across from the Sailfish beach access was great. The kitchen had some basics for cooking and plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. There were no cleaning supplies in the kitchen or in general which would have been nice. The internet did not work at all - service came out and was unable to repair which made it a little difficult for those of is checking in with work. All in all a good spot for our family vacation with pets, never enough time!

Sandy Pause We had a great time staying in Sandy Pause! It was an easy walk to the beach. The downstairs was a great place for the teens to hang out while the parents were on the upper floor! We all loved our week away in Corolla!

Great family/pet friendly rental Sandy pause was a great beach house in Corolla. When we arrived the house was clean and looked like the photos. The space was very kid&amp; dog friendly and it was great being so close to The walking path to the beach. Close to a lot of amenities and the shed was well stocked with bikes and beach equipment. Overall the house was in good shape however the yard area and volleyball needs to be cleaned up a bit. Definitely recommend staying here and I would book this home again.

Sandy Paws Comfy house for a large group and great straight walk to to ocean!

Great Vacation Sandy Pause was a great place for me and five of my girlfriends to spend a week in the Outer Banks! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Cocktails at the pool and plenty of sun for those who tan and shade for those who don&#39;t. The house is a quick walk to the beautiful beach. A short drive or bike ride to great shopping and restaurants. Very easy to check in and if you have any questions, they are quick to respond. We had a great time!

Laurel Bulldog This was our 4th year of renting Sandy Pause and we have loved it every year. Other than a leaking patio door we experience one evening when we had severe storms we had no problems with anything this year. Would recommend this rental to anyone. Very well laid out and very convievient to the walkway to the beach. Unfortunately with a growing family we will be moving to a bigger rental next year. Thanks for a great 4 year run.
