Memories Our family of 13 had a great time at Par-Tee II this week. The kids just loved being with their cousins non-stop, and for my kids,husband, and me, this brought back special memories. Way back in 2003, my Mom rented this house for me and my 3 siblings, our partners, and kids. The 17 of us, from many different locations, spent a fantatic week together, making memories.<br /> This week I felt exactly how Mom felt, watching her most loved people all enjoying being together. I am so glad I could share this experience in this wonderful house. Thank you.

We had 16 people staying at Par-Tee house comfortably. We loved having our own pool and one block walk to the beach. We barely moved our cars all week!

Great location and cute house. We enjoyed our stay!

We were super happy and impressed with the Par-Tee house! The house was very accommodating and suited our group of 11 perfectly. There were so many nooks and crannies that the kids liked exploring and it was a short trip to the beach. Cons - The pool entrance gates were either very hard to open or one gate the latch was almost off. We fixed this for safety purposes. We had trouble with the toilets flushing some. The realty company called and advised the owners had called a septic company was coming to pump the septic tank out and needed access to the driveway. They couldn&rsquo;t give an exact time, but we were able to make room for the truck and otherwise saw no signs of the company. And finally we had some trouble cleaning pans. All cons were extremely minor in consideration, but I leave very honest reviews. We would absolutely rent this house again!

Best house yet This house suited all our needs. The right amount of space. Comfortable, the beds are great. Everything works as expected. Highly recommend!

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location! Great house, loved the space for our party of 15! The location was fantastic-5 min walk to beach and less than a mile to Food Lion plaza and TimbuckII. Kitchen was well-stocked, plenty of seating for meals, living room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed playing cornhole and lacrosse in the sizable backyard and the large driveway had plenty of room for our 6 cars and a golf cart . Most beds were very comfortable (the exception being the four bunks). Wireless was spotty at times but not a major issue. Would have preferred a gas grill to the charcoal grill and would have been nice to have a some shade at the pool (umbrellas perhaps?) but overall, it was a wonderful week and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Beautiful place!!! Pool service was a bit poor as they never cleaned the pool but only checked it from what we could tell. House ha everything we needed. Could use a new toaster. Beautifully stocked and decorated!! A volleyball court in the unused backyard would add a beautiful asset to an already beautiful place!!! Very clean. I never had to go over and clean again and felt very comfortable having my grandchildren there!!!! Much thanks the Mach&rsquo;s!

Par-Tee II We loved the new ping-pong table this year!!!! Would like it very much if you could put a net on the basketball hoop. It also would be nice if the shower's had the detachable shower head with hose - makes it easier to use for children, etc. Loved the hot-tub!
