2026 vacation The house has everything you need for an amazing week!! The pool area is spacious and clean. A little distance to the beach if you bring coolers and stuff but we drove to the parking lot which was conveniently located below the beach entrance so no big deal. We have been coming to OBX for the past 10 years or so. Always stay in a different house and location to mix the views up. This house is in the top 3 for value, amenities, and size. Resort Reality is easy to work with and absolutely no issues.

Nice, but the kitchen sink didn't work. Enjoyed the house. Good location, good price, well kept. Nice pool, hot tub, kiddy pool. Second story deck has gates that allow you to contain a dog. Very convenient. Only concern is that the cold water valve on the kitchen sink was broken when we arrived. Reported it the next day and someone came out to look at it, but no one returned to repair it. Pretty sure the faucet just needed to be replaced.

Great vacation home This house was very clean when we arrived. We only used the upstairs bedroom since it was just husband and I, it was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes you would need. The pool was amazing, my only suggestion is to have an umbrella available to use for some shade and possibly go with a lighter pool deck color, it was extremely hot on the feet. The house is walking distance to the beach. This house was a great vacation home, we would definitely return.

Epic Vacation This house is amazing. It is a clean, definitely the best-smelling house we have had in 10 years of vacationing in OBX! Our dog loved her morning walks from Bonito access down the beach to Coral access. We were on the 4x4 beach for 5 of the 7 days on the island and saw ponies 4 of the 5 days! Mustang Wednesday is a must our 3-year-old granddaughter loved meeting June, Louie, and the extra special gift - a painting by Valentine! The house is well supplied with plenty of things to do, TVs and cookware! We were going to book the house for the same week next year but it was not available. Resort Realty was amazing as usual!

Very great family oriented house House was great for our family with small children. The deck, pool, and smaller pool was great. If I had to say anything negative, it was some of the appliances seemed to be aging. Not in a poor performance way but a bit noisy. Very minor. Overall would recommend.

Lives up to its name Great house with awesome layout. Well furnished and kitchen is well stocked. Little farther from beach, but a public parking lot is close. Pool and hot-tub area was great, especially for children. Only complaints was lack of sufficient lighting in the pool area and the railing/banisters on the porches needs some work as they are not strongly enough supported. Our week had bad weather, but the house provided plenty of room to enjoy the week anyhow.

Perfect Vacation! This house was perfect! Exceptionally clean, amazing pool and deck space, and stocked with plenty of kitchen accessories! Living room provided great space to fit everyone for a movie or dinner at the table. Plenty of chairs on the pool deck and outdoor decks for eating, lounging, or hanging out. Short distance to the beach and bay sides. Easy, quick trip to the grocery store for any needs. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful House The house was beautiful, and well kept for its age. It was way more than what just the 2 of us needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The surround sound was amazing!
