“Epic Vacation This house is amazing. It is a clean, definitely the best-smelling house we have had in 10 years of vacationing in OBX! Our dog loved her morning walks from Bonito access down the beach to Coral access. We were on the 4x4 beach for 5 of the 7 days on the island and saw ponies 4 of the 5 days! Mustang Wednesday is a must our 3-year-old granddaughter loved meeting June, Louie, and the extra special gift - a painting by Valentine! The house is well supplied with plenty of things to do, TVs and cookware! We were going to book the house for the same week next year but it was not available. Resort Realty was amazing as usual!”

“2026 vacation The house has everything you need for an amazing week!! The pool area is spacious and clean. A little distance to the beach if you bring coolers and stuff but we drove to the parking lot which was conveniently located below the beach entrance so no big deal. We have been coming to OBX for the past 10 years or so. Always stay in a different house and location to mix the views up. This house is in the top 3 for value, amenities, and size. Resort Reality is easy to work with and absolutely no issues.”
