Perfect Location and beach proximity is great. The home is very well appointed and provides high quality cookware and supporting appliances to prepare large family meals. An entire area of beach chairs, umbrellas and carts makes the stay more enjoyable. Thank you to Joy and her husband for making this wonderful property available and taking pride in its maintenance and continuous improvements! This was our 2nd stay and we’re already booked for 2027.

Beautiful Home We enjoyed this house and were so happy with the spaces, the beautiful details, and the room layouts. The upstairs is a wonderful place to gather or relax. The pool and yard were enjoyed by all, and the house was very close to the beach. One major bonus was the unexpected ocean views due to the empty lot and smaller house across the street. We will definitely stay again!

Just Pack Your Suits and Go-This Place has Everything! Our recent stay at Ocean's Grace was nothing short of spectacular. This giant home provided so much space for our large family of 20, spanning generations from 9 months to 63 years old. The top floor, in particular, was impressively spacious, allowing everyone to come together comfortably. The kitchen exceeded our expectations, being both huge and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. There was plenty of seating for everyone, making mealtime a delightful experience. One of our favorite features was the serene wrap around decks. They were peaceful retreats where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The bedrooms were generously sized, with firm yet comfortable beds that ensured everyone had a restful night’s sleep. We absolutely loved the large pool, which became the centerpiece of our daily activities. We spent countless hours enjoying the water. While there wasn't much natural shade around the pool, we easily set up a tent on one end to provide some relief from the sun. They provided so much poolside seating as well. We also enjoyed playing games in the backyard in the evenings. The short walk to the beach was a major plus, and we were thrilled with the breathtaking beauty of the shoreline. Ocean's Grace was equipped with far more amenities than advertised. We could have traveled much lighter than we did. The available beach wagon, ample beach chairs, beach tent, a huge cooler for drinks, corn hole game, hair dryers, Keurig, and blenders were just some of the items we brought that we didn’t need to. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to add a third refrigerator and a second set of washer/dryers, as we maxed out both during our stay. Overall, Ocean's Grace was the perfect getaway for our large family, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spacious and well-equipped beach house. We can't wait to return!

Family Reunion This house was perfect for our family reunion, including my 3 children & their families. In total we were 13. The pool & outdoor space were conducive to all the fun games we play, including pool pong, volleyball, corn hole, & ladder ball. The house itself was cheerfully decorated, fully stocked, & had plenty of separated space for the 7 grandkids. We loved the private entrances to the bedrooms from the decks, the outdoor toilet & shower, the poker & pool tables, & the large dining table.

Great Stay at Ocean's Grace Very nice house, easily accommodated our large family. Great location, an easy walk to the beach. Very large pool. Plenty of seating for meals and socializing in the large open area on the top floor. Very nicely appointed kitchen, two dishwashers and two BBQs met all of our needs.

Ocean's Grace House was very nice. It was very inviting and comfortable. The valance in the half bath on the upper level fell off twice. Thank goodness for tall grandsons to set it back on. I think a clip is broke. The bathroom door on the middle back bathroom sticks. Might suggest leaving a couple of small tools somewhere. Son-in-law could have fixed it if we had a screwdriver. Next time we well bring some small tools on our trip. Otherwise everything was great. Maybe a small wicker chair on the second floor landing would be nice. I sat on the steps a lot. Everything was wonderful! Beautiful home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!😎

Wonderful House Close to beach, plenty of room for all. Loved the pool and hot tub. Game room was also a hit. Would have booked for next year but did not do it in time.

Fabulous Week Our 8 grandchildren and my family had a fabulous week in Corolla this year. Our families come great distances for our beach trip each year, one group from Honolulu and the other from Auburn, AL. Ocean Grace on Lighthouse Drive is a great house and super location.

Great vacation We've stayed in Ocean's Grace for the 4th time. The home is beautiful, pool and hot tub are great and the location is wonderful. Hope to return for as many years as we can.

Amazing week Our family had an amazing week in OBX. The home was beautiful and very close to beach access. The home itself was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and playing games. The billiard table was a ton of fun for the family during evenings as we all hung out often in the downstairs game room. We truly enjoyed the week and making memories with our family.

Great Stay with grandchildren We’ve been coming to Ocean Grace since 2018, Joy has the house stocked with everything you need to have a great visit. Close proximity to the beach entrance is a plus and being on a quiet street is a must for walking and biking safety.

Our Vacation Survived a Pandemic, Hurricane, and was still Fantastic This was our 4th trip to Ocean`s Grace and the house was great as usual. Well equipped, extremely clean, and great location. We so appreciate the help, advice and updates from Resort Realty and Joy in regards to the hurricane and how check in changed due to the pandemic. Couldn`t ask for anything more! Thanks again and can`t wait for next summer

Excellent beach vacation We loved staying at Ocean’s Grace. The house had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach toys. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The outside flushing toilet cracked us up but.... Thank you for an excellent week.

Great large family house! Perfect house for a large or multi family stay. 3 minute walk to beach, well stocked Kitchen and the dining room table is super for a family dinner. Lighthouse Road is pretty quiet and safe for children to ride their bikes on it. Swimming pool a big hit with the residents.

Wonderful! Thank you for a great vacation. We loved Ocean's Grace. The weather was sunny and hot and the ocean was fantastic. Wonderful memories made playing volleyball in the pool, chasing ghost crabs and watching the stars.

Perfect House for Our Family Your home is well laid out for a large family like ours. We really enjoyed the different areas on the third floor -- and it seemed like there was room to eat, play cards, do puzzles and watch tv all together.
