Great vacation home We ve stayed at this house for two summers now and love it! Lots of space for our large group and plenty to keep everyone occupied

Excellent This is our second time at all decked out and it was even better than last year! We love the proximity to the beach, the massive kitchen and living spaces, multiple refrigerators, and of course the pool and hot tub. We hope to be back again next year. Thank you so much!

A wonderful week Beautiful home overall This is our first time at Decked Out. A comfortable well laid out home. Eagles nest deck does give you some limited ocean view and sunrise vistas to be had on certain times of year. We arrived in very warm air temperatures and the 3 zone AC kept the house very comfortable. There were 14 people in our group 6 adults and 8 children between 3 and 12 years old. Plenty of room for people to sit and have conversation or play in different spaces. Well stocked kitchen, ample silverware, pots and pans cookie sheets and oven pans as well as bakeware. 2 dishwashers, 2 crock pots, full size blender and a stand mixer. 3 coffee pots depending if you prefer Pods or loose ground coffee. Elevator was great for moving suitcases and food supplies in when we arrived on Saturday, it was TERRIBLE on Tuesday evening when it failed and stopped working. Service was called but the elevator service company never showed and it was not repaired thus we had to move everything out by hand from upstairs. For us it is not a dealbreaker for next year just a little extra effort. Decking and rails are showing their salt air exposure age. Nothing unsafe but some maintenance would go along way for long term life of the property. There is also a very nice pool on site. The home has a total of Three refrigerator freezers for food and drink storage. Finally if you have a baby there is full size folding crib in one of bedroom closets on the second floor. We have already reserved our place next year for this same week

Sunset Decks the back deck off the kitchen was a great gathering place to watch the sunset in the West. One of our party was awaiting a hip replacement and found the elevator was a godsend. Beach in the morning, pool and cocktails in the afternoon. Lots of parking.

Decked out for Family Reunions Our spread out family enjoyed being spread out in this house with ample room to get lost, hang out and relax. There was ample parking for all our cars since we all drove from different location in the states and Canada. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we could need. One of our sisters was waiting for a hip replacement and used the elevator frequently. Our favorite (besides the pool area) was the sunset deck.

Awesome house Very nice home in a nice neighborhood. Clean and well maintained. Pool was a hit with kids as was pool table and hot tub (with me). Proximity to beach a fairly short walk! Parking had ample space. Decks were everywhere! Plenty of deck space!

We'll Be Back There were seven of us ladies that got to spend a wonderful week in this house. They did a great job of labeling everything on the inside of the house from switches to drawers. the kitchen was so well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean. Pool area and hot tub were very much enjoyed! The only problem that we had was the pool was not heated. We paid to have it heated and when we got there it was not. The gentleman servicing the swimming pool and the hot tub was absolutely wonderful. We weren't quite sure how to manage the bar that holds the cover to the hot tub and he graciously showed me and a friend how to properly remove it and put it back on. This was a gorgeous house and can't wait to come back.

Very Good Good home, all amenities we needed. Especially loved the cabana area

Great stay It fit our family gathering just fine. The youngest in our family was 21 so we didn't have any little ones . We all had a great time . There was plenty of room for eating and game playing and the pool was very popular. Since my wife and I are both octogenarians the elevator was a special blessing. Our whole family would like to do it again in a couple of years .
