Another Great OBX Week! This is the second time renting Huskers Haven. House is gorgeous and we love the new living room addition! The weather didn’t cooperate our first few days but the week rounded out with two gorgeous beach days. Can’t wait to come back!
Amazing home! Huskers Haven did not disappoint! The house was very modern, nicely decorated! Beds were all very comfortable! We loved the recliners in the living room and the finished basement was a great space to hang out! The pool was the perfect place to relax after the beach! The walk to the beach was not bad at all, a 4 minute walk! The neighborhood was great for a morning stroll! There are no games or pool floaters ag the house, so make sure to bring your own. We would stay at this home again for sure! Loved Corolla as well!
Husker Haven The house was very clean and updated. If only you could knock the houses behind them down so we could've been Oceanview :). We had a great time... short walk to the beach and the pool was nice if we didn't want to hang with the crowds.
Highly recommend! We had a wonderful week at Huskers Haven. We unknowingly had stayed at this house before the renovations took place and stayed at this house in 2020. So we were shocked when we pulled in and saw all The changes! The house is very updated and very nice! Easy walk to the beach and just the right size for two families. The only thing that I wish it had was beach chairs provided. We didn’t realize that so we came with less than we would have brought. There were no pool toys, no volleyball (there was a net in the back), no beach toys or chairs. That would have been a nice feature. It was a wonderful week and we have already reached out about booking it again! The renovations are incredible and the added basement space is great!
A MUST STAY EVERY YEAR! This home is definitely an incredible find! The home is very updated and modern, has wonderful amenities (hello sound system inside AND poolside!), a great deck to view sunrises on the beach side and a newly added deck on the front side of the house to view the colors and light on the sound side for sunsets. The rooms are spacious and well furnished and there are great labels within the cabinets in the kitchen so you can find things (and know where to put them back!) as you're cooking and cleaning. Super easy and quick walk to the public beach access points at both Sturgeon and Tuna. Highly recommend staying at Huskers Haven!
vacation stay June 6th We had a wonderful stay at Huskers Haven, The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Just a block over so a short walk and also purchased a 4x4 pass to drive on the beach. The house had lots of extras beach stuff like umbrellas and a wagon to use. Love the area. Especially love that its is a quieter part of OBX. Highly recommend.
