Pretty good house All in all, Panache was a solid home choice. Kids and grown ups enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, as well as taking some paddle boards and kayaks out in the sound. Thankfully somebody in our group was smart to purchase a rope ladder to use to get down into the sound, and we decided to pay it forward for future guests by leaving it there if they also desired doing water activities in the sound. Waterfall in the pool got to be a bit annoying for how loud it was and we felt like we were shouting at each other when trying to have conversations, but get that it's running/needed to keep water levels sufficient in there. Inside of the home was fairly well maintained, though always an adventure in the kitchen trying to locate things (particularly the silverware) to help with preparing/cooking meals. Only real drawback of the spacious living room was the bright afternoon sunlight coming through. Mere suggestion for the owners, but some sort of blinds treatment for the upper window panes (probably would have to be something mechanical/motorized) to reduce the amount of glare might be helpful. Outdoor grill and tiki bar refrigerator could use some care and attention also. Definitely would be a house we'd rent again in the future if we had everyone in our group lined up to do the OBX summer vacation again.

Exceeded Expectations Gorgeous home that exceeded all our expectations. Great pool with kiddie section was perfect for our 6 grandchildren. Large rooms and plenty of space for all guests. Only complaint was the amount of gnats surrounding the house, but not a big issue. Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Stay Panache exceeded my expectations - the home was beautiful and very well maintained. It was our first experience on staying on the sound side and it did not disappoint - the sunsets were amazing.

Amazing house that's managed by a wonderful company This house is absolutely amazing. It was absolutely perfect for our family trip and we enjoyed the house immensely. Resort Realty was also beyond amazing and helpful with our vacation. We had an amazing time even though the wifi and cable TV weren't working. The only small suggestion I would make is for the owner to add a second full sized freezer/fridge for such a large home.

Panache Delivered! Beautiful home with large, spacious rooms and all the recreational amenities one could ask for...pool, pool table, air hockey, and home theater! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home and our week in Corolla! And the sound views...memorable!

Complete Bliss! This home is completely furnished with all high amenities and allows guests to relax, unwind, play/exercise in the pool and live like royalty!! I recommend the property to anyone looking forward to downtime in the Outer Banks!!

Loved Watching Sunsets On Our Own Dock The house was beautiful and had plenty of living space for our family of 15. We had a great time and loved having the dock at the end of the property to watch the sunsets.
