Vacay2025 This house was super nice and in a fantastic neighborhood! We had plenty of space for our kids to play and plenty of things for them to do in the rec center. The pool was very chilly but the hot tub was super warm! The only negative about this place is all of the light bulbs needed to be replaced because they were flickering the whole week. Other than that, this place was fantastic!

Very Nice Place - Would Stay Again The house is nice, and lots of king beds is great. Pets allowed is great, and the elevator was great for the old dog who can't climb the stairs. Fire pit area is really nice. Pool stays on the cool side because it is somewhat shady, which is great when it's 95 degrees every day. Kitchen sinks are weirdly laid out, but no biggie. Nice beds, nice layout, nice features here are there, and you feel isolated at the end of the road. Access to the Sound trail is really cool. Rent bikes for this places, and use the fitness center. Really liked it.

Sound Sunsets The inside is big and beautiful! The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The extra amenities including shuttle are great! The outside could use some renovations.

Great vacation sport It was the perfect size house for the group I had. There was a pool, hot tub, corn hole, fire pit everything we would need. Had a big backyard to play games. It was the perfect vacation home. Would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Very Good to Excellent Overall a wonderful vacation --OBX, resort, spacious house and amenities made our stay great. Resort Realty was responsive and helpful with every phone call. We are very appreciative to both homeowner and Resort Realty! Some pros-- huge house, each room with own bathroom, quiet cul-de-sac, lots of decks, hammock, excellent well- appointed kitchen, swimming pool and hot tub. Many puzzles, games and books. Each bedroom had huge TV but we really didn't use at all as there was so much else to do. Elevator however was the absolute best feature and the main reason we chose this house. Some cons-- DVD machine not able to be used as HDMI line was supposed to be brought over but never was. We would have enjoyed the nice kayaks but no paddles available to use. Bedroom basement bathroom didn't have any window covering so had to use a towel over it. Also that bathroom was handicapped accessible but there were no hand rails which would have been much appreciated. That shower floor tiling is also extremely slippery when wet.
