We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Joshua was an amazing host to my friends and I. Very responsive and kind. The place was what we were looking for and so close to the most beautiful beach. The kitchen was very clean and beautiful. Will definitely be staying here again !

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Our first trip to Maui was wonderful, and we really enjoyed staying here. The location was great, with a quick walk to the beach and close to the Shops at Wailea. The host let us know the cleaners finished early, so we were able to check in about three hours before the scheduled check-in time, which was incredibly convenient since we were already nearby. We also appreciated the porch closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for guests to use. Overall, we had a great stay, thank you!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We could walk across the street to Kamaole Beach Park III. We were also close to many dining options in Kīhei. There is a large TV screen in the living area with a comfortable chair and a couch. The in unit washer and dryer were very handy.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Great 1br condo with a short 5 mins walk to the beach. The unit is recently partially updated. Furniture looks a bit less modern while a couple kitchen drawers shown sign of wear/tear and they don’t fit 100% anymore. I didn’t use the kitchen but it has all the basics. The unit has 2 AC. They are a bit small for the unit but they do a good job. Bathroom only has a showerhead but no faucet. Every time you start showering you have to avoid cold water splashing on you which I found amusing. One thing I didn’t like was the neighbors. Their door was open all day long and they see you come and go all day every day due to adjacent door layout. I felt like I had very little privacy. This review sounds a bit negative but I gave it a 5 star for location, cleanliness, host’s communication, and affordability. I would def stay again.
Condo was very nice but not quite as comfortable as others f. Feels a bit like a show home or a hotel . But all in all , we love Hale Kamaole and enjoy being here always .

The location is perfect – centrally positioned for easy access to the island’s southern beaches and resorts, great restaurants, and the Road to Hana. It made exploring Maui effortless. The host provided clear, detailed instructions for using the condo, which made check-in and day-to-day logistics smooth and stress-free. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. If you’re looking for excellent value for money in a convenient, clean, and well-run property, I would highly recommend this spot. We would happily stay here again!

There were a couple issues that needed repair while we were there but the owner was quick to fix what needed fixing and did his best not to have the repairs interfere with our stay. We were very appreciative of the coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas that were available for our use.

The drive to Haleakalā and to Hana were not bad at all from the location (just a bonus for those seeking adventure)

The location was perfect, across from Kamaole Beach Park III. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. We especially appreciated the local recommendations, small amenitiesz Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The only reason I would not stay here again is that this place has roaches. The location is good as it is directly across the street from a beach, great spot to watch the sunset. It is also very quiet and the people in the office are very friendly. But I never want to deal with pests on a vacation. After seeing a roach in the bathroom and then noticing one on the pull out couch, I immediately messaged the host. Multiple hours passed before the host responded and by that time I had already contacted Airbnb support. The host did confirm that they were aware of the unit having roaches. There was a lot of back and forth between support, the host and myself on the amount of credit I would receive as I didn’t want to remain in the unit. Airbnb support provided me with a reasonable resolution but the whole time I was so worried of roaches getting into our belongings

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Stayed here for just 1 night before our hotel was available. It was a nice place in a good location with shops and food nearby. The reason for 4/5 stars is for a few things. AC is 2 separate units in living room and bedroom and both weren’t on upon arrival. I understand it is probably expensive to run, but the last thing anyone traveling all day wants to do is arrive at a place that is hot inside before bed. There was also only shampoo provided, no conditioner or soap. Again, last thing that you want after traveling all day is to shower without normal essentials. I would stay here again, but I’d ask for just a little more attention to detail!

We spent a full week at Hale Kamaole condo. - The location is great, less than 5min walk to the Kamaole III beach. About 8min drive to Wailea. Walking distance to many restaurants and other places along S Kihei Rd. Easy to get to other locations on Maui. - Check in was easy and straightforward. - Communication with the host was good too, a few bulbs were out and they exchanged them within an hour. Very helpful and responsive. - Condo was clean and made us feel like at home. Semi private entrance. Plenty of breeze when you open the lanai. I also appreciate the modern, uncluttered decor which makes it easier to set up your own stuff, chargers etc and not forget anything behind. - The only thing that needs upgrading would be a new set of pans and pillows. But overall, I would recommend this place to friends and family. We had a great time!

I would base our trips off their availability—they were great. There was a problem with our washer, but they were quick to have maintenance there quick to fix it. They gave us different options to accommodate the issue and make sure we were happy. The unit was in a great location. Some of our favs in walking distance: Kama’ole beach (10m walk) Fred’s for tacos 808 Sugar Hi for ice cream The cinnamon roll place 808 deli for pudding

Description of place was accurate. very nice. only problem was parking, there was construction all around us so parking was sparse close to room sometimes. The room provided all Beach equipment for your beach excursions. The bed was comfortable and A/C was great.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Condo is clean but is lacking in amenities. Only one large pot with no lid and only a couple of small frying pans. Also they only provide one kitchen towel. Otherwise the beds were comfortable but the pillows need updating.

Steps to the beach and the hosts provided boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, and other amenities that made going to the beach funner. Condo was also stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, pots, and pans so that we could cook at home when we wanted to.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This place exceeded my guests and I expectations for many reasons but I’m going to highlight just a few . 1) The space is very big and comfy. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable for my guests. They had extra bedding and pillows in the closet too for the pull out sofa bed and chair. I slept on the sofa bed with no back or neck issues. 2) The kitchen was fully stocked and prepared to make any home cooked meals for a family up to 10 with all supplies they had.. The fridge had a water filter dispenser, ice machine and was very clean. There was a food disposer, coffee machine, and a dishwasher with detergent and garbage bags under the sink. 3)The bathroom was very clean, bright with fan, and spacious. Wash cloths , towels and They also provide us with hotel size shampoo body wash and a roll of toilet paper to hold us over for the night when we got in. The sample size goes quick so you will need to get more bathing supplies if you are there more than a night.

Amazing guest! Nice clean condo everything worked great except for the front bedroom air conditioning it was very noisy otherwise the overhead fan was good enough also they probably need to have directions on how to use the television it took a while to figure out but we did. Overall a good place!
Amazing guest! This was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the convince of cooking and doing laundry. We loved the pool and proximity to beaches and restaurants.
