Class at 8th & Argyle | 12 South | 7 Beds — Guest Reviews

Beautiful home, close to Downtown. Nice spacious home. On sweet bathrooms in every room was very convenient. Definitely would stay there again.

Great stay. Accurate description. 4 beds, 4.5 baths, and a couple pull outs/ cots. Great bath setup. Clean. Nice garage/ locks to get in. Good location, a few mins to downtown/ gulch, a couple mins to 12 South, and 15 mins from airport. Great setup and well appointed, would stay here again. Epic!

We went for a friend's birthday and everything was great! Very clean, super close to everything and the balconies on each floor were a plus! We made breakfast one morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. Id definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It’s very close to everything. The condo is beautiful and very clean.

This was my first time booking for a large group (8)—and this place completely exceeded expectations. There was more than enough space for all of us to relax, sleep, etc. I brought quite a few things from home that I’ve not found in other properties—only to find they had EVERYTHING covered (stuff like q-tips, facial tissues, and the like). Our hosts were very responsive to inquiries at every phase. We had a very minor issue at the beginning of our stay, and it was addressed quickly. 11/10 would recommend and if ever again in Nashville with a group this will be the first place we look to book.

This was a great place to stay for a Bridal Shower! Close to Broadway, 10-15 minutes from the airport, cozy home, and plenty of space for people to sleep.

Amazing Airbnb! Perfect for small groups or larger. Host was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier as a last minute request. Loved the design of the home, appliances and overall feel of comfort. We were a group of 4 and we had more than enough space and privacy. We had our own bathroom and loved each of our rooms respectfully. Host was very responsive and check-out instructions were easy. No issues and the unit is very accessible.

We loved our stay here - perfect for our extended family visit to Nashville for a baseball tournament. The place was spotless and looks exactly like the photos. The labels for all the kitchenware were very helpful as we cooked and grilled most nights. The condo had everything we could have needed and the communication from the host was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Awesome place with lots of room for a group. The host is very responsive and provides everything you need. Walkable to anything you need a the Gulch. Would definitely stay again.
