We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Miramar Beach. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. The house was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there.A couple of minor updates would make it even better: the blinds could use attention, as many didn’t work properly, and some of the rugs are worn with corners turned up. These were small issues and didn’t take away from our overall experience.We were especially happy that the home was dog-friendly, which made our stay even better. Overall, a great house and we would happily stay here again.

Great Location, Clean & Dog-Friendly Beach House We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Miramar Beach. Everything was great have no complaints except problems communicating and the dog fee should have been included in when we booked instead of finding out later that it wasn’t

Perfect getaway This was the perfect location. Private access to the beach, shops and restaurants close by. Pet friendly and absolutely beautiful Only thing was the smoke alarms would go off when using the oven and not all the blinds would open properly, but these things are minor compared to the access this place provides

Fake charges added after checkout. Location was great and house was nice. However, getting hit with an untrue pet hair fee of $50 after leaving, ruins the stay. Simply untrue.

Location was great, but won’t be returning. We got tagged with an additional cleaning charge for pet hair. Complete garbage. We had a 15lb Maltipoo. 100% hyper allergenic, zero shedding breed. This is just another way for company to make a few more dollars. Really unacceptable and dishonest.

Doggie beach trip We wanted to bring our small dog with us so we searched for a dog friendly place that was in the right location and fit our needs. This place was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Good Stay! This home has convenient beach access and is super close to the outlet malls. It was very clean upon our arrival and the communication prior to check in/out was great. The upstairs bedroom has a broken closet door that partially blocks the entryway to the bedroom and the ceiling fan makes a loud clicking noise. If it wasn’t for the fan, definitely would have been the perfect place but that made it hard to sleep! We are thankful for places that allow small pets and we would stay again!

Stellar location! We loved that our cottage was nestled in a little cul-de-sac of other cottages. Very cute, quiet street-- with a private cobblestone path leading straight to the beach. The fact that the beach was literally a 4 minute walk (if that) was such a convenience with little ones. Our cottage was clean and cozy with mostly all of the amenities we needed. The only recommendation I have would be to have some sort of slip resistant pads in the showers, they are super slick! Overall we loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and shopping and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Cute cottage in prime location to the beach! My family of 5 had the best stay at this rental. It was updated, clean, and provided great space for all of us. It was about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The house provided beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids. Communication with guest services was also good with updates if needed. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be the living room seating. There really was only room for 3 to sit comfortably on the coach with a few other chairs surrounding. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and will likely rent again.

Lovely house and location We had the best time here! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The house is perfectly situated between the pool and the beach, quick walk to both. The path to the beach is so adorable, very instagram worthy. The house has everything you need for basics. We made a few small breakfasts, but no big meals cooked in the kitchen. Plenty towels for bathing, washer and dryer is a great addition. Im 5'6" and couldnt fully stretch out in the bunks, they're for kids, not adults. The bedroom with the bath/shower combo gets morning sun and is super bright in the am, so I didnt sleep in but it didnt bother my daughter. Plenty restaurants and things to do close by. We had 1 small mishap, around 11pm one night the smoke alarm started beeping, thankfully it was from a low battery. I called them the next morning and they came swap it out, super easy. The beach here is so beautiful, the house is charming, if we ever visit Miramar again, I dont want to stay anywhere else.

Perfect Spot We enjoyed a perfect family vacation, because the house has everything we need in addition to an excellent location near the beach

Beautiful Home, great stay The property was absolutely beautiful and perfectly furnished. I loved how close it was to the beach and the pool. Luckily the weather for our stay was excellent. The only downside to the property was that the bunks were not very long...basically only small children, not teenagers, can fit it them.

This was a great place for me, my wife and our dog Jack. Place was just like all the others I’ve stayed in, but this one was great because it had two en suite’s. Only thing I would suggest for the king beds is to make a better choice in them being maybe medium soft things were hard as a rock.

Great little townhouse Exactly as expected. Perfect for two couples or small family. Clean and updated. Perfect for our needs. We didn't cook there so the smaller than normal refrigerator and freezer was not an issue to hold what we needed

Nice Getaway We really enjoyed this property. Check in was super easy! We had our 1 year old son and he had plenty of room to play around downstairs and we felt safe with him there. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool access was easy and nice as well. The only downside was that the fridge is a little smaller than most, but it held all that we needed. There were pots and pans as well as utensils. There was no salt and pepper, but its cheap at the local grocery store. The beds are comfortable and everything was really clean. We definitely plan to book this property again.

Location, location, location! I have to start by saying this location is everything. Short walk to beach on private path, close to really excellent restaurant and food options and close to shopping, including a very nice, well-stocked Winn Dixie. We rode our bikes up and down Scenic Gulf Blvd. The two upstairs king size beds had the most comfortable mattresses of any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Nice linens and towels. The washer and dryer unit worked perfectly and kitchen was well-stocked with nice appliances. We will be back this time next year. Also, good communication with the property management team.

The place was awesome. Parking was never a hassle. Walking distance to the beach. House came with plenty of beach toys and chairs.

Everything was smooth and fast communication

This was our first time at Miramar beach and it was perfect. The cottage was clean and had plenty of space for my husband and I and our two girls. The walk to the beach was very short and we loved that that access was private to just that neighborhood. This made the beach far less crowded than other areas. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We loved staying here and we would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great location, quick and easy walk to the beach with kids. Loved the swing on the front porch and house was beautiful. Our only complaint was when we checked in, the couch was not put together and the cushion covers were nowhere to be found. We messaged the host and they informed us that the covers were being cleaned from the previous guest and would be returned. However, they were not returned until the next night around 10pm with no communication that they were coming that late.

The house was accurately described, very clean and provided all the necessities! The location is absolutely perfect, on a quiet and safe little street. It is a lovely area and just the right walkable distance to the beach. Every shop and restaurant you could want is just around the corner. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful home! Great location! We had such a wonderful stay in this immaculate, beautiful home! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the beach access was 3 doors down, making walking to the beach so easy. The home was equipped with everything needed for a very enjoyable stay, and the home and furnishings were very well maintained! We are already planning another visit for next year!

Nice house! Nice house in a great neighborhood & location. Only complaint is the rugs in each room were noticeably dirty. They need cleaned or replaced. It’d also be nice to have a couple chairs on the back outdoor balcony.

Nice clean house but had some issues The bathroom sink was clogged and full of water with hair. Very disgusting. My husband fixed it. The fridge didn’t keep anything cold and freezer and ice maker didn’t work so we had to keep everything in a cooler. Liked the house but Ocean Reef has houses in gulf side cottages, their customer service is way better. I called for 2 weeks about adding a night and could never get in touch with anyone until 2 weeks later. Based on this we booked our stay for next year with ocean reef. It would also be nice to have cable in the other bedroom. Not everyone has kids.

End of Summer Fun The location of 116 Gulfside Way was great! We enjoyed the ease of beach access as well as proximity to shopping, dining & other land fun!

Great Location! Beautiful House! The house is beautiful and nicely accommodated. Short stroll to the beach and restaurants, grocery. Only negative is the tiny refrigerator! There is NO ice maker, barely any room for ice trays! This house would be perfect if it just had a standard-sized fridge.

Great location Very pleasant neighborhood. House was very cute, but needs a little maintenance and was not as clean as we had expected. The beach is very close and easy to get to. Quite a bit of trash on the path to the beach. Not sure who is responsible to clean it up but it was there the whole week.

Destin My main issue was the delay in accessing the 24/7 app which delayed our entrance into the unit. There were also check out instructions on the app that we did not have access to. The check out process was fine and we were able to email our exit from the unit. The only other issue was the dishwasher wouldn't turn on the morning of our check out. Aside from these things the unit was clean, as advertised, great location and served our needs well.

Missing few things Need full size fridge and cable in spare bedroom.

Just missing a few things Need a full size fridge. We had to get a cooler with ice because we couldn’t get it all in the fridge. And had to keep buying ice as there was no ice maker. Spare bedroom needs cable also. Otherwise we loved the house

Great find and stay! Great house, great location to beach and shopping/eating. The ceiling fan didn’t work in one bedroom and the switches in the half bath didn’t work. Overall, no complaints and would stay here again

Short bunkbeds Our stay was awesome, the place was clean and close to beach. Beautifully decorated and the beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable! My only complaint was that the bunk beds are a little deceiving for their size. I had filtered in my search for 6 adults and this unit comes up but the bunk beds are only long enough for like a 4'8" person...which none of us were.

Best vacation property We enjoyed this property so much. We would book again for our next vacation
