We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at Joshua’s condo, because of his responsiveness and the superb, beachfront location. The unit was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchenware to beach essentials, allowing us to fully enjoy our sunny week despite the post-storm beach conditions.While we encountered some bugs in the second bedroom leading to minor bites, this was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic Maui experience.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The place was just as pictured and host was very responsive and helpful. Very clean and great amenities. The only reason its not getting a full 5 star review is that the oven was broken (which changed our cooking plans), the sliding door didn't work, and a fire or carbon monoxide alarm went off at 6am and we couldn't get it to turn off. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This was a nightmare AirBnB. First of all, there’s lots of bugs. Cockroaches, bugs, lizards. One of the bedrooms has an AC unit with a big hole underneath that allows bugs and lizards to get in. There was a huge lizard in the closet that we had to wrangle out of the house. Of course, bugs get in through this hole as well. We eventually sealed it off with a towel to get peace of mind. Upon checking in, the unit was very dirty. Sand everywhere, sand on furniture, sand on pull out bed, upon wiping the countertops the paper towels were dark/black. I complained to the manager about this, and without my agreement they sent cleaners. I was in the middle of a zoom meeting and couldn’t answer their knocking (didn’t even know they were coming) and they unlocked the door using my personal code and entered the unit anyways. Safety risk!! Window and backyard screen doors were all broken or non operational, so no fresh air throughout our stay. Yeah the kitchen is nice, but that’s it.

The manager was great to work with and very accommodating also very quick to respond with we greatly appreciate. The location was great, close to the beach and close enough to other activities, dining and such without having to drive too far. Overall the property was good, a few things I would suggest to make a more enjoyable stay. More bath towels, an update to kitchen pans and cooking utensils, and more seating in the living room. We were a family of 5 and had to wash towels a few times during our stay and to sit down and chill wasn’t doable in the living room as there was only sitting for 3 people. The beach chairs, body boards, cooler were nice adds that we definitely value.

Great location to stay at Kīhei. It’s newly renovated 2 bedrooms and very cozy.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Had a great stay, the condo was exactly as the listing showed! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed. Beach is right across the street. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We were overall, underwhelmed, it wasn’t anything major but little things just kept piling on top of each other, the A/C’s were loud and not the best, it was difficult to get the rooms cool. The TV remote only worked 50% of the time, not a lot of couch space in the living room, 2 of the beach chairs were broken, the place was smaller than it looked in the photos. It wasn’t bad, but we were not blown away by the accommodations.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Traveled in a group of 4 girls and this place was amazing! Steps away from a beautiful beach. Within minutes from all the most popular places in Kihei. Would 100% stay again. Very spacious, great AC, and clean!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Muy buena estadia en VacaMaui, el apartamento estaba exactamente igual que las fotos. Es muy funcional la cocina, living y patio integrado. La ubicacion tambien nos resulto conveniente y el parking es en la puerta del apartamento asique fue muy facil y accesible el acceso diario. Super recomendable!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Had a wonderful stay, location is very convenient for a foodie like myself as there are great spots to try in the area. Will say the apartment was a bit smaller than expected but no complaints!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This was a wonderful condo with all the amenities as listed. The beach is across the complex with stellar sunset views. Everything was clean, the pool was perfect to relax in, the beach friendly towels were an excellent addition, no sand was brought back from the beach. Overall, we would return here again, cannot recommend enough! Mahalo!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The property is really well described. AC in every room, fans also. Kitchen is well equipped and really nice. Bathroom is a little small, but we didn’t mind - never ever ran out of hot water!! (5 people) Overall great experience with this property and hosts.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and as pictures. Great proximity to the beaches. Really nice to have the towels, boogie boards, and chairs. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. would have really appreciated having some coffee in the unit, but had to go buy some for the duration of the stay (I guess I’ve always had coffee in my units) Also, the pool/hot tub area was largely unusable. Pool could be used, but the hot tub was being redone and was not useable, and the construction tools/machinery and equipment made it uncomfortable to be in the pool area. Also made it difficult to use the grill area (and grill was not operable). These may be more personal, but I would have appreciated knowing this ahead of time. With the wind in Kihei, we were really looking forward to using the hot tub in afternoons and evenings. There was no mention of this ahead of time.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Condo was perfect for our family! Beach towels/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards were a plus. The cooler is quite large (didn’t fit in our Honda Pilot trunk with 3rd row) so plan for that. Very short drive to Sugar Beach Bake Shop/Ululani’s Shave Ice. The beach across the street is beautiful at sunset, but not for swimming. Centrally located to all popular spots (we visited Lahaina/Iao Valley/North Shore/Twin Falls Waterfalls) all within reasonable drives.

Clean and good central location for the island. You do have to cross a street to get to the ocean that can get busy, but close and beautiful beach. The pool needs umbrellas, no shade but you have them in your rooms so we just took our own personal umbrellas to the pool. The trees and sitting areas around the property are great. We had a great time.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Was perfect for our family of 6. The place looks recently renovated and very clean. Felt like home with a large kitchen and nice appliances. Located in the central part of the island that is close to the airport and other tourist places to visit. Easy access to get in and out from the street. The host was super helpful and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Functional and clean. The provided beach great was a great addition. We weren't there during the day so it served it's purpose, but it doesn't offer much beyond that. It would be nice to have a dining table inside or outside. One major issue was cooling the master bedroom at night. A new window screen had been installed in a way that made it impossible to open the window and let cool air in, plus a broken lock on the main screen door and very loud ac units didn't give us many options. We were luckily able to open the window in the kids' bedroom so they were very comfortable.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Beautiful remodeled kitchen. Very easy to communicate with group. The overall condo was clean but the chairs were dirty and stained. Not close to a lot of restaurants but a quick drive and Isana next door was an amazing Japanese restaurant. The beach was so close and quiet! Overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Would highly recommend! Unit was just as described and Vaca Maui was super responsive if we had any questions. Everything you need in a rental was provided, even a rollable ice chest. Place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The area had a storm a week before so some of the roads were blocked off. Would recommend renting a car as the area is walkable, but very residential and not many businesses to explore. Beach was nice to sit and watch sunset, but wasn’t really a swimming beach (could have been storm related though. Jacuzzi was not working but the bbq’s worked great to enjoy family time around the pool.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The check in and out process felt easy and secure. You’re greeted by the gorgeous open kitchen the moment you walk in. We were also pleasantly surprised by the beach chairs, beach towels, and even some sun care items. The location is impeccable- 2 min walk from Isana - I highly recommend the Kalbi and Ube crème brûlée. The beach is a straight shot from the condo and directly faces the sunset. We had some issues with the facilities but none of them were big enough for me to reach out to the host to get fixed or anything during our trip, so can’t speak to that part. I mentioned them to the host after check out though and they’ve been responsive to my communications so I think they’ll be taken care of swiftly. Lots of mirrors in the space which was awesome getting ready in the mornings. Another plus is the parking spot being right in front of the condo. It was a wonderful home base for our Maui vacation

Everything you need for the beach is provided, saving a chunk of dough and a chunk of time that can be better spent enjoying the island. It is centrally located to the more popular beaches and plenty of eats, shopping, etc within in a few minutes. Perfect for the four of us! Thank you for being such a great host! Came through on every need/question that we had. Mahalo!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! “Beautiful Place, But AC Was Loud We stayed at this Airbnb during our trip to Maui and had a mixed experience. The property itself was gorgeous and clean with a great location close to the beach and local attractions. The host was friendly and responsive, which we really appreciated. However, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, especially at night. While it kept the space cool (a must in Maui), the constant noise made it difficult to sleep at times. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a nice place with a lot of positives besides with the AC.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! It was a good stay with beach right across the road and less than 5 mins drive to awesome cafes and restaurants. Closer to east Maui locations like Haleakala and Road to Hana. Had a fun stay here. Thank you for hosting!!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Just as described, clean, homely, and across the street from the beach. Although the home was clean the floor felt very dusty. Everything else we needed was right there. Great location with easy access to other places we wanted to visit. We did go to the pool however the Jacuzzi never worked. We discovered one of the beach chairs was broken once we got to the beach. We didn’t recognize beach towels right away because they were very thin and folded compactly into a shelf. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and met lots of nice people.
