We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Hard to find the unit at night because the unit signs are in a strange location with no lights (I found them in the morning). I had to walk up to multiple doors, open the screens and read the numbers on each door. Very much an older building and the a/c units are noisy and seemed weak. It is 100 feet from sugar beach and if you like sand it is perfect.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had an amazing stay at this condo in Maui! The location was absolutely perfect as it was just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and communicated quickly whenever we had a question, which we really appreciated. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and made for a great home base while exploring Maui. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay again.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The unit was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the space it gave for our family. Some of the aspects of the house felt a bit dated like the AC and kitchen items. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

It’s right on the beach and that helped us see all the sunsets just a few steps away from where we are staying without having to drive. It’s very conveniently located to a lot of restaurants. We had a fun time in the pool as well and the hot tub. Overall, a great experience! Although the roosters woke us up early, it was definitely a great experience, waking up to a rooster call rather than a traditional alarm clock lol

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The condo is steps away from the beach, nice pool, and easy access parking for ourselves and guest parking. Some of my concerns were that the AC in each room is very loud so if you are a light sleeper be prepared, thankfully I had brought ear plugs. But that also means if you'll have to have the tv on loud or talk loud when the ac is on in the living room. The vents for the AC was very dusty and it looks like under the couch isn't cleaned it was full of dust and found water bottle and beer caps under it that must have been left behind by previous guests. If you are staying for more than a couple days you'll need to buy your own toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner only enough is provided for a couple days. Besides these the location was great.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Place was exactly what was on the photos. Property had all the essential items we needed, as well as items to go to the beach.

It was a small peaceful condo complex, across the street from the beach. We had a wonderful walk on the beach each morning and a relaxing swim each evening. During the day we drove in all directions so it was nice being centrally located. We really enjoyed the Maui food trucks. Our condo was clean and well furnished, a great place to stay

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Great place, great host, all the beaches are very close, as well as groceries. The grill was very useful, as well as the pool. Definitely recommend it for staying

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Good location and all amenities were provided. Although there is a beach directly in front of the Airbnb, we would recommend driving South 2 minutes to Kalepolepo Beach (more secluded and can see turtles), 5 minutes to Kamaole Beach Park 2, or 15 minutes to a more beautiful beach called Ulua Beach. The location is also convenient and maximum of an hour drive to most of the major attractions on the island.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The good: It was across from the beach. The space was well cleaned. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials and more. Beach chairs, boogie boards, pool towels, coolers were provided. There were plenty of extra towels and linens. The management company responds to concerns. Living room and dining area were comfortable. The just ok or not so good: The smaller bedroom air conditioner is loud and noisy so it was difficult to sleep with the air conditioner on. Lanai furniture was uncomfortable. You can improvise with the low beach chairs. The home owners have tacky (some crude) handwritten signs everywhere. In frames, directly on items and on blue tape in every space. There were also personal pictures, certificates, and memorabilia. The unit had the feel that we were invading someone else's space instead of feeling like a welcoming vacation home set up for guests. Bring your own bed pillows. (the pillows provided are just "ok")

Property was clean and cozy. Convenient location for touring around Island. Might have been just a mistake, but hand soap for the bathroom sinks is a necessity. Otherwise pretty well stocked with beach closet, kitchen and bath... especially appreciated the aloe after our snorkeling trip!
