We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We loved staying at Joshua’s place! The condo complex is quiet and in a great location. The condo itself is just a few steps from the beach and the pool, has an amazing view from the lanai, and has everything you need to cook some meals.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The spot was cozy and literally steps from the beach. The condo had everything I needed for my stay plus more. Josh was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The condo feels private as you don’t have a resort or “neighbors” right next to you on the side my condo was located. I love that I could drive anywhere I needed to without hassle. I’d recommend this spot to anyone and I plan on coming back.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Joshua’s place was wonderful. My friend and I had a great time staying here. The view was spectacular and the sound of the ocean at night was very peaceful. The place is well located with lots of beautiful beaches nearby and also plenty of restaurants and stores within a short drive. The amenities were as described and we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would recommend for 2 people.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a wonderful stay. The condo looked exactly like the photos, and everything we needed was provided. Being on the ground floor was even more convenient than we expected, especially with young children. We also really appreciated the beach towels and cooler that were available for guests to use—they made our beach trips much easier. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a few issues, but Joshua was quick to respond, the unit was not cleaned well, I cleaned when I got there, sent pics, Joshua took care of us. The bed was comfortable, although the bottom sheet was just a top sheet, so that got twisted around a lot, there is a gecko that lives in the bedroom, scared me at first, but I was told by locals it is a sign of good fortune, so let him be. Bathroom is TIGHT, if you are a bigger person the toilet will be rough. No where to eat inside, they need to get at least one more barstool. They need to invest in new kitchen utensils, no stirring spoon for example. Overall the unit worked for us, it is small but for what you bring on vacation it is fine. The air conditioner works well in the living room but the bedroom doesn’t get cool, it was very warm at night, leaving window open is not an option as traffic is loud. A fan for the unit would be a nice touch so it could be plugged in at night. Shower was nice. Washer/dryer worked very well.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Stayed in May 2026 for 1 week. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. Condo is older but the location and the privacy made that seem inconsequential! It is on the ground floor which made it so convenient. The pool is right out the front door and it was as if were our own. No one was there when we were. You hear the ocean waves all night, the patio is private and it had everything we needed! Thank you Josh!!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We loved this place and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The place had everything we needed (including pack n play and baby chair for our 6 month old), amazing views from the lanai, and easy beach and pool access. It felt like we had a private stretch of the beach all to ourselves as it was less crowded. Nice beach walk to sugar beach bake shop, shave ice, and farmers market, and short drive to plenty of other options for food. There were quite a few gnats though but host offered fly paper and someone at the property made efforts of hosing down and cleaning up the area to help. Overall it was a great trip and would recommend.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Fantastic location. On the beach and yet around the corner so you get more privacy than any other beachfront location. Everything as described. Had a great time. Highly recommend.

Es kann nichts schlimmes geben, wenn man nach 12 Std Anreise in einem Apartment ankommt und es so dreckig ist, dass mach sich unwohlfühlt und es erst selbst sauber machen muss. Möbel, Küchen Utensilien alt und ranzig. Dazu schmutzig. Schade, so ein toller Ort mit wunderschönen Ausblick und so runtergekommen. In der ganzen Anlage, nicht mal auf der eigenen Terrasse darf man rauchen. Sollte auch mal erwähnt werden.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We stayed at this condo for 16 days. Perfect for what we wanted: A beachfront escape! Did not use the pool b/c beach access was great for swimming. There is a HUGE grassy area that you might not notice ideal for kids to play, run, and a respite from the sun under a large shade giving tree. Ate our meals on the private lanai b/c there was no inside dining option for two people, let alone four. (one bar stool) We bought (& left) 4 real glasses b/c we don't enjoy drinking wine or cocktails out of plastic beach tumblers. Plenty of pots, dishes & flatware, everything you need to prepare any meal. Large containers of oil, S & P, foil, wrap, laundry soap, TP, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Great shower!! Place was spotless, towels & linens great, beach chairs & boogie boards brand new. "WIFI" is slooow & is via the rental agency. Note: The w/c is very small, as in, a very tight fit. Your elbows will touch the side walls when sitting on the toilet, which might not work for everyone.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Our stay in Maui was great, the host was extremely friendly and communicative. The place where we stayed was spotless, easy to access, and clean up was a breeze too. Having inside parking was a must and we really enjoyed the location as well. 10/10 would recommend, we only stayed one night but comfortably fit 4 adults during our stay. Thank you again to the hosts for having us!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! we had a wonderful time at the location. pros and cons - Pro: • primal location with beautiful beach front views along with just a few steps away from the shore (sugar beach) • patio to enjoy sunrise/sunset • amenities such as (beach lounge chairs and boogie boards) were provided • spacious enough for us (two adults) • communication and check-in / check out instructions were clear and easy • away from high traffic tourist areas BUT still close enough to either drive or even walk • white noise of the beach waves at night Cons: • property is a bit dated and shows some signs of wear, but it was still functional • white noise - beach waves, GREAT! but also the sound of busy street with lots of cars • we did notice a lot of bugs during our stay, though given the tropical climate this may be expected - we took out the trash frequently, never left food out and kept the doors and screen doors closed, it helped but it is something to consider if you’re not okay with bugs
