Excellent Property We loved our stay at the Princess Tide. The location was great and the house was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay and we loved all the little nods to the movie throughout the house. Beds and couch were super comfy, and the kids raved about the outdoor showers. Also, I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Resort Realty. We had a few unique situations and every interaction with their staff went above and beyond.
Wonderful getaway What a beautiful property! We had a group of 8 adults and 8 children, and there was more than enough space and activities for all of us. The decoration was beautiful, and the walk to the beach was effortless. This was our first time to the OBX, and the only downside was the amount of time it takes to get to shopping and restaurants. This is the perfect place if you want to get away from everything. There was a nice little trail directly across the road from the house that we enjoyed, and the 4x4 beach was less than a minute up the road. I would happily stay here over and over again!
A little oasis This vacation home was absolutely stunning. Everything was as described and the neighborhood was beautiful and clean.

Great large house for family gatherings We rented this house for thanksgiving 2022. Great layout and perfect kitchen for entertaining.
Family vacation The Princess Tide was perfect for our extended family vacation. 4 king suites gave each family equal comfort and the twin room and bunk room were fitted perfectly for our teen and pre-teen kids. The renovations to the home are beach perfect - the pool and all the amenities made leaving the home hard but the private beach access with clubhouse right around the corner made trips to the beach so easy. A great house. With so many extras. We will recommend The Princess Tide to our friends.
Amazing Home! We LOVED the Princess Tide! The home was amazing, the owners thought of everything a family would need. Super clean, beautifully decorated, outstanding organized kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of beach gear and awesome outdoor showers! In all the years renting, this home is #1 our list. Short walk to the beach, great beach, community pool and lifeguards. Resort Realty was kind and helpful with booking this beautiful home. Thank you!!!
