Great stay I just can’t say enough about our stay at seaquinns The whole family loves the area and the house and a good time we have I would recommend it to anyone. The only control we didn’t have is over the weather but for the most part, it was great. but getting the family together all in one spot for that time is great because you know how it is the kids get older and have more things to do places to go gonna try to visit again next year if possible.

Absolutely Lovely Beautiful home. Clean. Great amenities. Super pool (when grandkids got tired of sand and salt). I would prefer to keep this place a secret since it is sooo good!

Great time First just want to say how clean it was compared to other times. For me it’s the first thing to feel comfortable. The rest of the trip the family had a great Time.We lucked out with weather. Can’t wait till next year.

Always a Winner We have been staying at SeaQuinns for years, one of our very favourite houses! The house is always well maintained and comfortable and the Owner is consistently upgrading. The pool and deck do get direct sun all day with no shade and it does get hot but we have purchased a sunshade we bring each year and it works like a champ. We were disappointed when they stopped allowing dogs but we can't wait to come back in 2023!!

Location, Location, Location SeaQuinns has an excellent location - easy walking distance to the beach and the community pool. This was our first visit to OBX and we were lucky to get such a great location! We have had a lot of experience with rentals on St. George Island in Florida and SeaQuinns was comparable to many of the houses we have rented there. A small, but great added touch - there is a motion light that shines on the front door - making it very easy to enter the code for the lock at all times! Kitchen was well stocked - a little short on space to store food. A couple of things: - Sliding door on front balcony would lock if closed too hard - leaving someone stranded on the deck. - There were only 10 forks in the silverware drawer - could use more. Especially since we had 8 people in the house. - Exterior decks are rough on the feet - could use some TLC. - Pool is small, but not an issue with the community pool being so close. We would stay there again when we return to OBX.

Very Good Very close to the beach access so great for families with young kids.

Beautiful Home w/Everything you need We loved this house. It accommodated multi-generations and multiple families without issue. Beautiful kitchen and main area allowed for group dinners. The multiple deck options and pool gave everyone options for visiting and fun. The private pool and beach access just a few steps away was very convenient. Many options for essentials and food within 5-10 minute drive or 30 min walk.

Great vacation Our house that we usually had rented previously was not available but we are so glad we chose this one. All around it was so much better. Can’t wait till next year

Excellent We originally thought to keep SeaQuinns a secret since we loved it so much! But want others to know of this gem in Corolla. New kitchen was beautiful and easy to navigate - children often ate meals at the large island. Living room was spacious for family gatherings and playing games. The porches were wonderful to see 4th of July fireworks. Puzzle table was a cute, inventive addition. Other than the lower level pull out sofa/couch, all beds were superb. Pool was very clean. All family members enjoyed the outdoor shower. With a very short walk to the beach, we could easily travel back and forth at a whim. We plan to return next year!

Great Location We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SeaQuinns. We are a return guest having stayed there before in 2013. The house remains clean and well furnished both inside and out. Can't beat the location!

Great Beach Access We loved SeaQuinns and wish to thank the owners for sharing their beautiful home. The home has wonderful proximity to the beach without being an oceanfront home. This was our favorite feature. The home itself is beautifully appointed, with front and back porches, one covered and one more open, and a small but refreshing pool in the backyard. Everything was provided, including TVs in many rooms (though we watched infrequently), games, pool floats, etc. We loved the location on the Outer Banks--very near to the off pavement area where the wild horses roam--but still in a community with easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. We also loved the community pool and snack bar situated near the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Would Stay Here Again! Would rent the house again. Overall it was one of the better houses we have rented in OBX.

Great House This house was great; the pool area with the hot tub is extremely nice. It is a short walk to the beach.
