Always love staying at Kelly's when we are in Lubbock, the home is always clean, and quite surroundings, easy to get to everything.

Really enjoyed the stay.

We had an incredible stay here! Kelly was an absolute pleasure to communicate with—always responsive, welcoming, and helpful. The property itself was immaculate and exceeded all expectations. The living room felt like a high-end, luxury home, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and then some!). The entertainment room was also a fantastic addition that was perfect for keeping the kids happy. To top it all off, the beds were hands-down the most comfortable we’ve slept in at any Airbnb in recent memory. Located in a great neighborhood that feels close to everything in the city, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Kelly, for a fantastic stay—we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect! The little things are so appreciated. The first few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. The first cup of coffee. The extra blankets and towels. So nice! Peaceful neighborhood but close enough to all that we had going on for graduation weekend.

Our family enjoyed staying here and we would definitely book again! Loved the game area and we were very cozy in the house! Also very impressed with the host’s communication!

My family and I originally planned to visit Lubbock together so we booked this property. After we had booked my doctor put me on restrictions (yay! pregnancy) and I was told I couldn’t travel. The host worked with us exceptionally well! The others who planned to travel were able to with no issues even though the booking was under my name. My husband said the property was well maintained and felt like having a home away from home. During their stay the host contacted us because the last guest had left their iPad behind. They worked with us to get it back to the owner which just added to our stay. We weren’t inconvenienced, but were able to do for someone else what we would hope would be done for us. Overall the stay was exceptional and we are already discussing rebooking after baby arrives when we bring her to meet her great grandparents.

We have stayed here twice. It is clean and comfortable. Communication with the host is excellent. Will stay again.

After reviewing several homes, I found Kelly’s listing to be very reasonable, compared to the other listings that seemed to increase rates due to the holidays. The home is very near both my siblings’ homes, which made it super convenient for our Christmas visit. The primary bedroom is super luxurious, and the king size bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a fenced in backyard for our dog, and the location is near shopping centers and restaurants (on Milwaukee Ave.). We enjoyed the game room, so instead of spending time in front of the TV, we had an opportunity to challenge one another in ping pong, an NFL arcade game, and basketball shooting! It was a great Christmas spent with my family!

The house is new, has plenty of space for 6 ppl, and is beautifully decorated. The owner was responsive and friendly in our communication. It’s located about 10 minutes from the university. It was perfect for my family as we celebrated my daughter’s graduation from Tech.

Lovely home. Just as described. Well stocked. Comfortable furniture. Easy check in. Kelly checked in to ensure we got in OK and if she could help in any way. Good location. Easy access to anywhere in the city.

Our family met in Lubbock to celebrate our son's birthday. This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, was in a great location, and the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and accommodating as well! We will definitely be staying here again!

Super comfy and roomy place! We enjoyed the games and large kitchen. Kelly was amazing! She always responded in a timely manner. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was super convenient! We will definitely be returning.

Overall our stay was good but unfortunately the WiFI was not working during our visit. This included being able to watch any television, in addition to having to use hotspots for laptops. This was unfortunate and I felt like it was not taken very seriously until nothing could be done before our visit was over.

A beautiful and clean home! The game room was also a huge hit! My boys were in there playing ping-pong and basketball our entire stay!

Great home in great location!The space was perfect and very comfortable. We could get anywhere we needed to within 10-15 minutes. Family enjoyed the ping pong, basketball, and corn hole. Kelly was available for questions and really wanted us to have a great stay. I would definitely book here again!

Beautiful home and decor!

Our stay was fine for the most part. This property will work well for those not needing wheelchair access. Positive: This property was nice, clean, and orderly. The location was great and close to amenities. The beds were comfortable enough. Negative: What I didn’t like is that this property said it was wheelchair accessible and it was not! The only thing it had going for it was a single level but the doorways into the bathrooms and shower were not wide enough and there were no grab bars near the toilets. I would not have labeled this as wheelchair accessible! We ended up having to get a separate hotel room for our guest that needed those amenities.

Positive: We enjoyed the decor, the distance for our commute, and the space. The area was nicely tucked away. Overall, we loved the house and would recommend staying there again. Negative: We could not operate the TV, there was no Internet error, and the Wi-Fi was not working well either. Maybe there could be a "how to do" book for the guests. That can answer questions on where things are and how to locate modems and other amenities. The noise from the highway was loud, but strangely, it helped me to go to sleep...

My family and I had an AMAZING stay at this AirBnB. The home was beyond beautiful and had all of the amenities that we needed. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The best part was the comfortable bed. We’ve stayed in several AirBnB’s and I believe this bed was one of the best ones! 10/10 I highly recommend. I wish we could have stayed longer in the home because it was THAT warm, comfortable and inviting.

Kelly's place was amazing!! The house was immaculate and went above and beyond our expectations. They responded so fast when we asked if our family could come stay when we had our baby and were more than welcoming about it. We felt comfortable and at home while there. It is also in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to shopping, food and entertainment!!

The house is is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Suppled with everything you would need. The location is easy access to TX Tech & restaurants. We rented for our daughter’s graduation. It was the perfect house! Also, the house is very clean.

Kelly’s home is great with a nice layout, we had a few issues with the internet and propane for the fire pit but Kelly was quick to respond. We would stay here again.

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Kelly, was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The entire home and all the beds were super cozy. The game room is a fun bonus too!

Great, well-appointed home. 3 comfortable bedrooms each with their own TV which we really appreciated when we needed alone time during the holiday. Quiet neighborhood. Everything in LBK is close but this was very convenient to our holiday destinations.

Beautiful home!/Landscaping! The place was nicer than described. Found a pizza box w/pizza in the oven, kitchen and mud room floor had sticky residue (spilled drink, maybe). The biggest thing was the heater was out and it was 37 degrees out. It was too cold to hang out at the house so we went out, came back late & bundled up real good for the night. Kelly provided 2 small area heaters the next day and a family friend brought two more. They helped but having warm bodies made the difference. Once our guests left, we went to bed in the cold with the heaters working minimally. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience just not comfy. Our family enjoyed an awesome Thanksgiving family and that’s what counts! I’d still go back, we know it was just an unfortunate situation with the heater!

Great house. Came to LBK for the TCU game and some golf. Was much better than getting a hotel. Will stay again next go around.

Kelly’s place is a super nice photo worthy place. Close to lots of local places. Lots of room. Kids loved game room area. One warning the beds are not comfortable. Super cheap box store mattresses. Linen was great! Pillow amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb! The home is very clean and beautifully decorated! We would stay again! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family! One small thing was that the Keurig did not turn on for coffee in the morning. The home did not have any ceiling fans in the bedrooms so it was bit hot at night and we could have used a hairdryer but other than those small things the home was great! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.
