We had a great time staying here! The place is huge, so everyone had their own bedroom, and the communal areas are large enough that we could all hang out together. It was also easy to get to/from Mercedes Benz stadium. Thank you for a great stay!

Really beautiful home. Very large, plenty of room for our large group. Was in town for Ga Tech football game, stadium was a very short ride away. Would definitely recommend for large groups. Perfect location in midtown.

Excellent stay for me and my family to celebrate my 60th BD. The kitchen and large island worked out great for our catered dinner! The property was clean and decorated nicely! Mattresses were comfortable and the bed linens soft and high quality items. The home has a modern flair with the charms of excellent craftsmanship that you don't see much of anymore. I shared with Kelly a few maintenance suggestions that would be beneficial to the property, but they didn't impeded our stay!

Our stay was disappointing in several ways. Despite knowing our group size and length of stay, there were only enough Keurig pods for one day, and the trash was full and unpleasant upon arrival. The host did refund us $323.01 for the trash issue, which I appreciate. Communication was inconsistent. Our early check-in and late checkout inquiries went unanswered, and responses often didn't address our specific questions. The host did respond quickly when I mistakenly thought I was locked out, though no assistance was ultimately needed. The $60 non-refundable damage protection fee also felt unusual, as it applies even when nothing is damaged. Most concerning, the host asked me to “keep this private between us” rather than leave an honest review. It felt like the host was trying to censor or 'pay me off' with the trash refund. Reviews exist to help future guests make informed decisions. Transparency matters, and honest feedback should be welcomed. It was a nice stay, but the host was weird

This is a great house! I was traveling with a group of five women who are old friends. It was delightful to each have our own bedrooms. The house is in a great, safe, walkable location and it is thoughtfully decorated and appointed. The upstairs screened-in porch is a nice place to hang out if you want a space that is outdoors. There are several good spots to gather in the house. Overall we were very pleased and I would definitely recommend.

This has been by far our best Airbnb stay. We had a last minute Airbnb cancellation by another host. But was able to book this reservation day of trip was such a relief. Presentation of the home was Amazing location was Amazing. A must stay if you’re coming to Atlanta

The layout and space was awesome for a large group. The living/kitchen is an awesome place for a large group. We cooked every meal and had plenty of room for adults and teenagers to have their own space. Definitely recommend for multiple families.

This was a fantastic house! It looks better than the pictures. Beds were crazy comfortable, place was very clean. All the hosts were great. Kelly checked in early in our stay requesting I let her know if it was anything less than 5 star stay. Everything worked well and the stay was terrific.

Great stay in Midtown Atlanta! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was a great size for our group, the location was ideal, and parking was very convenient. It was a perfect setup for being safely close to downtown Atlanta without staying in a hotel. In full transparency, the kitchen and fridge weren’t fully clean upon arrival, and the front door lockbox did not work for the entirety of our stay. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and even sent batteries via DoorDash, which was very appreciated, but the lockbox still didn’t work with new batteries. We were able to use a physical key through the back entrance, so it ended up being a non-issue, though it was a bit inconvenient for a group to rely on. Overall, we had a very good experience and would consider staying here again!

It was the perfect weekend getaway. the house is beautiful and very large. the bedrooms are very spacious and luxurious, the kitchen is amazing and also very practical. there is a huge family room right off the kitchen, a proper dining room and separate living room. enclosed balcony off some of the bedrooms. and a little space to play in the back yard. my family and my brothers really enjoyed ourselves here. in addition I had left a valuable item accidentally, and the host was very accommodating with letting me retrieve it. highly recommend this place.

We had a very negative experience with our stay. While the house itself is a wonderful set up in a great location, it was not in acceptable condition and the hosts were not prepared or organized to deal with challenges. First, the front door key code lock was not in working condition, so the home was unlocked when we arrived. The house was not very well cleaned (possibly not cleaned at all). There was hair on the floor, in the sinks, and in several beds. One bed was missing a sheet, another had a pillow without a pillowcase. The microwave was messy. Almost every hand soap and toilet paper were empty. Many areas had clearly not been swept or dusted for a very long time. We communicated this to the host who did ship soap and toilet paper for us to refill and reload, however the door lock was a different story. We had an excessive amount of communication. Response times were acceptable but the co-hosting seemed to create confusion and contributed to problem not getting fixed.

Overall, everything was as listed. Really great location and there was plenty of space. Only downside was arriving at 4 PM and still having the cleaning staff finishing prepping the house for a good 45 minutes.

We had a great stay! The house was gorgeous, quiet and clean. Kelly’s team was very responsive and gives very clear instructions. 5 min driving distance to DT district which is not bad at all! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place! The home is beautiful and is configured well for a large group. We had plenty of room for privacy and also to gather around the gorgeous kitchen island. The bathrooms were gorgeous! Kelly was proactive with us and let us know of a small issue before we checked in, and also worked to get it resolved. She was a great communicator and quick to respond. Would book again!

Everything listed was there and in good working order. The space is both functional and inspiring—well equipped, spacious, and clearly designed with care. It supported not just cooking, but gathering, and meaningful conversations. This home offers a blend of luxury and genuine comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined, restful, and beautifully maintained place to stay.

We had a great stay here. Plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable. We visited on the first cold day of the year, and the furnace stopped working a couple of hours after our arrival. The host was highly responsive and helped us troubleshoot, although we ultimately resolved the issue ourselves (a flipped external circuit breaker, not the regular circuit box - a weird issue).

We had such a good time in Atlanta. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was close to restaurants and hangout areas, all while being private and relaxing. There were some minor cosmetic mistakes such as missing lights, but did cause any issues with me or my guests. If you are looking for a great location, a beautiful friendly home, and great communication, Kelly and her team are the way to go.

PROS: The home is really large - 2 living rooms and a huge master bedroom. Tons of square footage + a small backyard. Lots of room for socializing with family as well as privacy. Great access to Midtown hotspots. THINGS TO KNOW: - One of the bedrooms downstairs doesn’t have an en suite bathroom, so you have to go use the other room’s bath. - The kitchen is appointed rather cheaply & sparsely for such a big house. If you are looking to cook meals for a large group, you might want to bring some extra pots, pans & cooking utensils. - The host communications felt like some dude in the Philippines or an AI chatbot. Odd phrasing, typos and messing up my name. Whoever it was, they were responsive, just inauthentic.

AMAZING stay! The most comfortable beds (in every room), squeaky clean kitchen and bathrooms, and made us feel right at home. I don’t come to Atlanta often, but I’d definitely book this place again. The linens also smelled wonderful. Our group was extremely pleased.
