Great place, nice neighborhood good layout.

We loved the location and the amenities offered. We had plenty of room for our guests and plenty to keep occupied when not at the beach or exploring the town! Check-in and check-out instructions were easy and Kelly was great at communicating anything going on around the house! We will definitely keep this place in mind if we return to the area!

We had a lovely 5 night stay in the house. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. Would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Ideally located for the beaches and within easy reach of Tampa airport.

We loved our stay! The house was everything we needed. So much space! The pool was our favorite thing about the house. The water was the perfect temperature for a trip in August. We would definitely go back if given the opportunity!

We really loved our stay here. The house was stocked with everything we could need and more. Comfy beds, immaculate bathrooms. The kids bedroom with cute bunks and Lego was a win with our kids along with the pool/ ping pong table. The swimming pool was gorgeous and kept super clean. Lots to do in the surrounding neighborhoods, great places to eat and beautiful beaches. We’d love to visit again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The house is a little undersold in terms of images, but in a very good way. We were impressed by how great it was. Most of the times, the pictures makes you get a bad surprise but this one was great. The only thing (neutral) I would say is the beds are very soft, but I am sure that if I said something the managers of the house would do something. But this is a preference topic. Amazing location, great space, lovely pool, great appliances , great utilities.

Such a beautiful property that fit all of our needs! Close enough to everything but far enough from all of the commotion so it was peaceful! Host response times were amazing and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was what we hoped for! Would stay again!

Great on-site items to borrow for the pool and beach for adults and kids. Alarms/chimes optional to set on every door and window for added security. Rugs could use a good cleaning, but everything else was spotless. Would recommend!

Such an amazing place! The house is just like the pictures on the website. Very pretty fenced in backyard area. Everything is nice and clean. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

The house is spacious and very clean. The living/kitchen area is very open and modern. The primary suite is off the living area, and the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, great for two couples or a big family. All the appliances were modern. We had a little glitch with the pool heat, it wasn't warm enough to swim until day 3, but it was warm enough to feel comfortable in 70 degree weather once heated. overall a nice stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Largo! The home was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed—including a cooler and beach chairs, which were such a bonus. It was the perfect size for our group of six, with plenty of space to relax. The pool was absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house and pool are wonderful and match the online description perfectly. We honestly felt that anything we could possibly need was at the house! Kelly checked in to make sure everything was perfect and was very quick to respond to any messages. We would definitely love to stay here again if we are back in the area!

Home was better than advertised! Pictures didn't give this home its proper due. Felt right at home as soon as we arrived, very clean, 10 minutes from the beach, all the room and amenities you need and a very responsive host. I now have a new home in Largo FL! I highly recommend this property you won't be disappointed.

Kelly was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. We had a few issues that came up throughout our stay but was taken care of quickly. She was always responsive no matter what time it was that’s much appreciated. The House is beautiful and very clean the only issue is we wish it was a little bit cooler in the house but that’s Florida for you. We would definitely stay again. Kelly is awesome host and also has a great team, thank you Kelly. Our family enjoyed our stay!

What a wonderful stay! Very close to great restaurants and stuff to do. I would definitely recommend visiting Morgan Beach Park! Super close and perfect for families with littles! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Clearwater.

This place was great. The house is perfect for a family or group vacation. The location is amazing as well. Youre within 15 minutes of Clearwater and only 30-40 minutes away from anything else you’d want to do in the Tampa/Clearwater area. The communication was great and quickly responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great place great neighborhood lots of privacy in the backyard pool area only 10 minute drive to the beach in about 15 to 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach. Everything looks just like the pictures and the pool was a blast. There is a bathroom for every bedroom, which is very convenient.

This place was great ! There is so much space and everything was clean and new. The pool was a perfect. The location is also just right. A nice quiet neighborhood to walk in, but very close to restaurants, shops, coffee. We went to both Indian River Beach and Sand Key Beach, both of which did not disappoint. The white sand is sooo nice. We would rent this again for sure !! Hopefully we will.

We loved staying here and will definitely be back! The house is close to the beach and great restaurants. The location is great! We walked to get coffee every morning and were at the beach on minutes. The home was exactly as described. We had everything we needed to cook dinner in a few nights. My son loved all of the toys and games that were in the kids room. This home is perfect for families and I couldn’t recommend it more.

We stayed as a group of college friends at this home. The neighborhood was quite, peaceful, and felt very safe. The home was well stocked with beach supplies, pool towels, games, etc. Check in was smooth and our host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We had a few issues with cleanliness that are important to note. The cabnits, specifically the one with the trash can, was full of roaches that would come out at night. We found dirty sock and toe nail clippings in one room as well. We also booked this house expecting it to be 3 minutes from the beach. The listing has been updated, but it was a ten minute drive. Overall, our stay was enjoyable but started out roughly.

We really enjoyed this house. The neighborhood is nice and close to high end homes. Makes for a nice walk. The heated pool, ping pong and pool table were fun to have to spend quality time with the kids. There are also some free beautiful parks nearby that we got to explore. The house itself is very clean, spacious, open concept and has everything you need. Bathrooms are clean with plenty of fresh towels. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook and was well equipped. Not really a complaint but a few things to note: Ping pong paddles & pool cues are poor quality. So, if you’re somewhat of a serious player this may matter. The ladder ball and corn whole games did not have the bean bags or balls with strings to play. Wasn’t of interest to us so I never brought it up. Maybe if I did the host would have corrected.

The house was very nice with a wide-open floor plan and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with all amenities needs and more. The kids loved the pool and the pool /ping pong table. Close to the beaches and restaurants. The host was responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay at this house again.

The neighborhood was great and close to where we access the Pinellas Trail at Taylor Park, about 2 miles, to ride our e-bikes! We paid extra to heat the pool and it was WORTH it! After a long day riding bikes, then jumping in was GREAT! It was only the 2 of us and the house was huge...we called the east wing where we slept and sun came up and the west wing where the kids room and game room were! The house had everything we needed and more! Mostly clean, free of clutter and simply decorated....now, everyone has their own version of clean....but the shower floors could've been a bit cleaner for me! Another downside was we had wished we could've used the garage for our car and e-bikes, but we knew we did not have access to when booking and decided to pull our cargo trailer to use as our "garage"! Rode a whopping 210 miles 7 days on bikes and explored leaving from the house to Clearwater, Maderia Beach area, St Pete, all the way to Tarpon Springs! A fantastic 26th anniversary trip

This place was amazing in many ways, the proximity to things to do was great. The house was extremely clean, only small issue we had was some leaves in the pool but my husband cleaned them out. Kelly was extremely easy to get in touch with. The house has so many small amenities that came in handy. The extra toys and games in the kids room kept both my little ones occupied. Their are beach chairs and towels in the laundry room which was spotless and really came in handy traveling with two kids. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in largo. Close to clear water beach, bush gardens, and Tampa zoo. Their is a really good coffee shop 5 min away if in the area def worth getting a cup of coffee or baked good there!

This house is amazing! Book it now! It’s super clean, and it has high-end furnishings and all the amenities you need for your stay. Couch, beds & pillows=so comfortable! The neighborhood is affluent and quiet, so don’t stay here if you’re looking for a party scene. (A neighbor complained about the patio twinkie lights being on after 9:15pm.) We enjoyed hanging out by the pool during the day and played our fav tunes on the nice Bluetooth speaker that Kelly provides. The trip to the beach was short and less than 30 mins to TPA. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome place and location. The only thing that was bothersome is how long it takes for the pool to warm. This is not the fault of anyone however if you pay for the week to have the pool heated, the owner should turn it on a few days earlier to make sure it’s warm by arrival. We requested this with the $150 heating fee but it did not happen. We missed out on 2.5 days of swimming. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

We loved staying in Kelly’s home. The house is spacious, clean, and the neighborhood is wonderful. My son loved the surprise toys in the kids space. It was kid friendly and close to great restaurants and grocery store. I would highly recommend!

Kelly’s home was even more beautiful in person! Located in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to white sandy beaches. As a family of 4, I appreciated that each of our kids got their own room and bathroom, and a shared space with a pool table that converts to a ping pong table, which they spent hours playing! The adults were on the other side of the house so we could enjoy quiet, even when the kids were playing. Since we flew with carry-ons, I especially appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, and creamers. Kelly also provides laundry and dishwasher tabs. All the locals were so friendly and gave great beach and restaurant recommendations: check out Indian Rocks Beach (free parking and beautiful beaches) and eat at Guppy’s Restaurant! We also took short drives to St. Pete and Tampa Bay. My only suggestion, as another review stated, is that the pool took a few days to heat and you may want to take that into consideration. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Decent place other than we were disappointed we paid extra to heat the pool but when we arrived it was cold and very murky even though we gave her a 4 day notice. Messaged the manager the pump miraculously turned on and she said the pool guys would be by to clean it. They came a day later and must have dumped some chemicals in. Took another full day to clear up the murk enough to feel safe-ish to go in, so we got one nights use out of it. Not even a partial refund was offered

Place is located in a clean, calm and high end neighborhood. The pool is heated as described and a great source of fun with kids. Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and bathroom had plenty of necessary toiletries (except toothpaste). I would recommend staying in this place anyday

Our family of four had a fantastic stay. The home is beautiful and spacious, the furninture is comfy and the blankets and sheets are so soft. A real luxurious get away! We were in love with the Largo area and its amenities. It just a short ride to Clearwater, St Petersburg, and our favorite beach in the state Fort DeSoto park which all have white sand beaches. On a colder day, we traveled to Busch Gardens which was only 45 minutes away. The roller coasters and animals were a hit for the entire family. We have stayed at many homes up and down the west coast of Florida and this combo of location and stay was the best. We do want to adventure to Key West and Destin, but when we come back to the Largo/Clearwater area we will be sure to check availability at this home.

Great house and great neighborhood!

Our stay at the home was fantastic. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Our group of 8 had lots of space for comfort. Kelly was truly an attentive host and very much on top of any request we made. I am retired military and can be very demanding but she handled all issues with calmness and expertise. She provided answers in a friendly and knowledgeable way and was always pleasant and extremely helpful. No doubt we benefitted greatly from having her as our host. She made our stay a wonderful one. This Airbnb was amazing. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish I would have know that the pool takes 48 hours to fully heat up. We had little kids so having a heated pool was our number one reason for choosing this air bnb, so to not have the Pool heated when we got there was disappointing. However, with that said I think if you read this and are able to request the Pool be heated before arrival it’s an easy fix. The house is extremely well stocked, the rooms are really spacious and the response time of the host is quick. I would come back.

Our stay at the Largo rental was top-notch! As soon as we entered the rental, it felt like home away from home. The description and photos are on point and Kelly was a great host. Our family enjoyed every accommodation - from the pool to the pool table and even the beach chairs and umbrellas. We did not have to worry about a thing while on vacation. The house itself was nice. But we found blood stains on the bedding. There were no extra comforters which left some of my family using couch blankets. The hosts showed no remorse, and even a bit of condescending disrespect when I reached out for some kind of reimbursement for the situation. Cool house, but no accountability for shortcomings.

Kelly's house was perfect for a nice getaway in the Clearwater area. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the beach is only a few minutes away, as stated. We were provided clear and reasonable instructions for check-in and check-out, and the process was very easy. We'd love return to this property again soon.
