My kids and grandkids and I spent a week here we loved the house it was open and beautiful and had of plenty of things just at the house it’s self

Great house to stay in. We enjoyed the open concept, the pool, and the game room.

Great house! Spacious and fun. The listing was accurate and the host was responsive to inquiries in a timely manner. Loved that there were a lot of pool towels available and fun extras like floatys. My only complaints are small: The outdoor furnishings especially the tree swing could use a good cleaning and the ice dispenser in the fridge was clogged (we didn’t contact the host regarding as we had bags of ice).

We had a wonderful stay! The home was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and we loved the layout. It was such a fun house for our family. The location to the beach was very convenient, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.A few observations that may be helpful — we are property managers, so we tend to notice the smaller details more than most! The pool and putt-putt area were amazing, but the surrounding exposed soil made it difficult to keep the outdoor areas clean. The kids would come back from the playground covered in dirt, and the pool deck quickly became dirty. Adding turf, mulch, landscaping, or another ground covering would really elevate the outdoor experience.We also noticed a strong sulfur-like smell from the hot tub, so unfortunately we did not use it. The beautiful front door had some chipped paint, the bathroom floors had areas that appeared dirty/worn with some chipping, and overall the home could benefit from a few paint and cosmetic touch-ups.The mosquitoes were also very active after dark, which limited how long we could enjoy the outdoor space in the evening. Adding mosquito misters, repellent systems, or torches would make a huge difference.None of this takes away from our wonderful stay. These are simply a few details that we feel could elevate an already great property, especially the outdoor areas.Thank you again! We truly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to booking another staycation in the near future.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had plenty of room to relax and spend time together as a group, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and we felt right at home.

The overall stay was absolutely amazing, the house is really nice and the outdoor area with the yard, pool, and hot tub is great to have.

Enjoyed our stay. The house is laid out well for a large family and had everything we needed. Super comfy mattresses and sheets, plenty of towels, TP and paper towels provided. The showers were very nice. Great pool. Great location near Honeymoon Island, in a very private neighborhood and an enclosed yard. Loved the game room and the pack & play, high chairs, baskets of beach towels and beach toys/equipment Those extras were so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great stay! We needed a couple low key days to regroup before our flight home, and this house was quiet, clean, thoughtfully setup and filled with things to do. Great stay with children! Hosts were always quick to respond and were accommodating.

We spent Christmas at this home and we loved all the amenities the house offered for our grandchildren. We loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. And loved the amazing kitchen and the beautiful master bedroom! We also loved the small Christmas tree that was added to accommodate our holiday. That meant so much to us especially since we were away from home for the holiday. We loved this home and will definitely be back!

Kyle and Nicole’s home was perfect for our special weekend. The home is huge and super family friendly, lots to do for the kids! The beds were super comfortable to sleep on and there were plenty of towels provided for us. We really enjoyed our time in this home and plan on coming back during the summer time so we can actually enjoy the pool as well!

This home was the perfect home-base for our Tampa trip to visit family. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and game room with pool & foosball tables. The kitchen was large enough for several of us to cook together and well-stocked with good quality cooking supplies/utensils. The beds were comfortable and we had enough full bathrooms to get everyone showered in a reasonable time. We particularly appreciated having plenty of beach towels, camping chairs that we could take to the beach, washer/dryer, and comfortable outdoor furniture where we could enjoy the lovely Florida autumn weather together. The location was convenient for our purposes (close to family member in a local independent care facility, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store nearby). The hosts were very responsive to questions we had and check-in was easy. We recommend this home to others and hope to stay there for our next trip to the area!

Everything in the house was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was clean and the perfect temperature.

We just home from a short weekend trip. There was a group of 10 celebrating my nieces 21st birthday. The property was perfect, exactly as described and what the pictures showed. We were provided clear instructions from everything. The backyard was amazing - pool maintained the perfect temperature and the hot tub was the perfect way to end each night. Check out instructions were very basic and minimal. Our location was pretty central, about 30 minutes to any attraction.

Great stay! The hosts were very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent family vacation. You don't need to leave the house to have a good time, but the beach is a plus. Excellent communication with the hosts.

Amazing stay This property is amazing! My family went for my sons HS graduation with his friends. The game room, pool & hot tub is one of the big reasons I picked this house. It kept them entertained when we were not at the beach or just wanted a lazy day at the house. First time in Clearwater beach for us. The drive to Clearwater beach was not bad but be ready to pay to park 30-40 a day. Honeymoon island was close but crowded the day we went (on a weekend) we spent most beach days in Clearwater where there are restaurants & shops walking distance. Frenchys on the beach is amazing food & a must try. Again, the house was great & had plenty to entertain my family! Management co/host was easy to deal with & responsive with any issues we had.

Spring break We had an amazing time at this house over Spring Break. We had a group of 9 people from ages 3 to 69 and it was perfect for everyone. The communication with the owners was excellent. A few things were not as advertised but they were on top ofgavestay. recome

This property is perfect for any family looking to be in a great location near Honeymoon beach. The house and backyard are very spacious and the hosts are very easy to communicate with.

The house was great for our family. Very entertaining. We loved the game room and sitting out by the pool. The fire pit was great too!

Christmas week We enjoyed visiting with family in the Palm Harbor house. Spacious and comfortable with lots of outdoor activities provided.

The house was just what we needed to gather with my family after being flooded by Hurricane Helene. The kids absolutely loved the bunk bed slide room with TV -- it became their hangout and playroom. They also loved the swing and slide structure in the yard! It was a little too cold the week we there to use the pool, but the Hot Tub was just right. The kids watched "Frosty the Snowman" on the patio TV from the tub. The house amenities listed were just as described, including a toddler/baby portable sleep crib. We all agreed the beds were amazingly comfy. The master suite was wonderful. Great patio space to hang out in the morning and evening, and plenty of dining space for us as well inside. We'll be planning another family escape trip there next year!!

Superb The property was exactly as advertised. Spacious and clean. Great place for our family of 10 to stay. There was plenty to entertain the kids of all ages.

House was totally fine. With a few minor upgrades and updates, it would be a five-star listing. Trash was still in bedrooms upon arrival from previous guests. Backyard grass was sparse - needs maintenance as gets muddy when wet. Floors indoors need some updates too, especially in kitchen and main living area.

We were a group of friends visiting Tampa for a concert. The house held 12 of us comfortably, plenty of bathrooms with 3 full and 1 half. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed and felt like we had lots of space. The beaches were closed due to Hurricane Helene and clean-up efforts, so we spent our Saturday playing in the backyard. We had so much fun playing cornhole tourney's, swimming and watching football. Our teens enjoyed all of the yard games as well as the gameroom. Everyone had such a great weekend, just wished we had time to stay longer. We definitely recommend this home for large groups or families. The neighborhood is nice as well and you feel safe for walking or jogging.

This house for a large party did not disappoint. My grandchildren absolutely love the backyard and the slide from the bunkbeds. The kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The playroom had lots of things to keep the grands busy. We will definitely book again.

The property has a lot of potential to be amazing. The layout of the house is perfect. You have a nice open area where you can visit with the family together and the bedrooms are all spaced nicely throughout to give ample privacy to each guest room. The decor was beautiful and fun inside and out and we loved that it was pet friendly. With that being said, this property is not maintained well at all. The floors are not in good shape, the grass wasn't mowed until an hour before we checked out, the pool light didn't work, and there are definitely issues with the plumbing and hot water. I took a 25 minute shower in the master and never did get hot water. I then checked the Kitchen sink and it wasn't hot either. So I reached out to abigail, who was very responsive, but she didn't seem to know anything about the home. She called a plumber and they arrived the next day who suggested you just needed to run several faucets to get the hot water to the bathrooms.

Do not recommend this place, does not match the photos whatsoever. You won't ever speak with the host if you have an issue - you'll be routed to their virtual assistant in Asia who knows nothing about the property. House was not properly cleaned, floors and bathrooms dirty. Floors themselves are a wreck and need replacing, vents are dirty and dented, bra pad found under a bed, couch had crumbs and portions were sticky. Property itself is poorly maintained - grass is not cut, weeds everywhere (there is no grass, just weeds), leaves and sticks all around the backyard so hard to walk, leaves all over back lanai, fire ants all over lanai and around pool. This is a house that was flipped by an investment company and needs a lot of maintenance. It's very clear the house is not actively managed by the company and they're letting it run itself. It shows. I feel bad for the neighbors as the house is driving down property values.

The house is beautiful and the open floor plan is perfectly set up for both socializing with family and the bedrooms are spread out enough for privacy. The decor is as pictured, modern and tasteful. The home is fully stocked with everything you could think of and the backyard pool area is private and comfortable. We will be honored to have Abigail host our next large family/friend vacation.

Perfect stay for families with kids and for people who don’t want to spend all day every day at the beach! Honeymoon island was a great place to go and Clearwater was a quick drive as well. Perfect backyard for spending half the day at the beach and the other half at the pool while having lots of privacy and family time.

The house was much bigger and felt so open when you open the front door. Love the floor plan, master on one side kids rooms and game room on other side of the house. It was plenty of space for the 9 of us! The back yard doesn’t disappoint, there is something for everyone to do. We enjoyed all of the amenities that were there. We will definitely stay again. My kids loved the slide room and the back yard. All very clean and stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfortable and again plenty of space. Overall a 10 out of 10 home for us !!

It was roomy, comfortable and private. The pool and games were wonderful to keep or granddaughter busy and active. It could use some upkeep both outside to the grounds where old leaves were in abundance and inside to the bathroom stains and to the kitchen flooring where it appears to have water damage, we were unable to get hot showers. All that seems like a no go but it is not! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Abigail was prompt to answer any questions and we enjoyed ourselves and would consider staying here again for a family trip in the future.

The house was beautiful and in a great location! Very close to Honeymoon Island Beach, and the towns of Palm Harbor, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping close by. Getting around the area was very easy and convenient. The private pool is a great amenity! Two things kept this from being a 5 Star rating: 1- While they do appear to be relatively new, the floors are in bad shape; especially in the kitchen. They are cracking, buckling and sinking. This is occurring in several locations in the house. 2- There are no hooks or rods for hanging towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. This would be an inexpensive amenity that provides a “5-Star touch.” Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if the floor was repaired

My family spent the week at this home and had a lovely time. The backyard was big and beautiful (perfect for our five-year-old-son) with a fantastic pool, outdoor living space, and lovely shade tree—it was all so private and peaceful. Inside the beds were comfortable and we had a lot of space to spread out (my three person family and my father and his girlfriend). We were super close to Honeymoon Island State Park and its lovely beaches, and it was very easy to get to lots of other stuff in the area, including several fantastic restaurants. Palm Harbor and Abigail’s peaceful oasis in it is the perfect home base for your stay in the Tampa Bay area. We certainly hope to be back!

Great Location - Close to a nice beach Excellent place, would stay here again. It is close to Honeymoon Beach which is very nice. Lots of fun for the kids in the back yard.

Beautiful location HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! PROPERTY IS NOT BEING WELL MAINTAINED!!! When we arrived there was a very strong odor of CIGARETTE SMOKE. The OUTDOOR TV DOES NOT WORK. There were leaves covering the back yard. Clearly from last year that were not cleaned up. The back door of the game room was not working. HOT TUBE FLITER WAS GROSS. The neon light does not work. They know about it and left it up. One of the bedrooms door was falling off the hinges so you could not close it properly. The egg chair cushion in the tree swing was so icky no one wanted to sit in it. They did send someone out to fix a couple things. They could not address everything. But we paid for a fully functioning Airbnb. We wanted to not be responsible for the cleaning fee because the home was not completely clean. The cleaning fee was around $450. Speaking to them was like talking to AI. They offered us $75 and said if we didn’t like it contact Airbnb. SO BEWARE!!!!

Best Vacation Property This property was clean when we got there, well decorated and properly stocked with everything we needed for our stay such as soaps, towels, and the rooms were very comfortable. The backyard was marvelous and had plenty to do for kids, play set, nice warm pool/hottub, put put golf, and a nice patio set. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Florida.

great vacation house for big family My family really enjoyed staying here in our vacation. Highly recommended, very clean and nice house and lots of amenities, family and kids friendly. I wish if pool has heater, we were not able to swim in end of Feb. Otherwise they have nice Jacuzzi, it really worthy price wise, better than hotels. thank you so much ! Definitely we will consider same house on our next trip to Florida ..

The property was great - long weekend stay for our family of four adults (plus boyfriend) near Grandma’s condo. Lots of space, great kitchen, very quiet neighborhood and an amazing backyard with the hot tub and fire pits (used the gas one, not the actual wood pit because of the fire ban in place at the time). Very much enjoyed the outdoor space overall. Close to a lot of our favorites in Palm Beach/Dunedin/Tarpon Springs. Abigail and team were incredibly responsive on several issues we had (literally within 3-4 minutes) and can’t say enough about how much we appreciate that. Would definitely rent again! M

This rental is in a good location to a lot of places. The house offers a lot of space and is great for a family vacation. Bedrooms and living room/kitchen area is spacious and updated and beds were very comfortable. This could be easily a 5 star rated place by needs maintenance and add on of the items listed on listing but not available. We had some hot water issues in the shower when running the dish washer. Communication was very slow prior to our stay but improved tremendously while we were staying at the place. Hair dryer and steamer were missing but delivered as soon as we checked in with Abigail.

Beautiful house, extremely clean and organized, very comfortable, lots of entertainment for the kids. We love it, we want to book this house again.
