The house was amazing overall! The amenities were definitely a highlight — we really enjoyed the volleyball court, pool table, pool, and everything else the property had to offer. The house was beautiful and provided a great space for our stay. The only downside was the grill. It is extremely small and really only fits about 1–2 steaks at a time, so it’s not suitable for larger groups or events. Aside from that, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the property!
Needs some maintenance
I understand pictures are edited for marketing purposes, but the ones for this home were completely off. The house is older, outdoor furniture was broken (they did replace chairs next day after told), there was barely any sand in the volleyball court, pool light wasn’t working, and worst of all, there was an issue with roaches and overall cleanliness. Would not recommend this place personally. Unfortunately, pictures are not allowed in reviews.

House was so close to the beach. Beds were comfy. Kids enjoyed the pool. Publix 5 min away. Quiet neighborhood Perfect get away and perfect for families. Lots of games and pool toys.
Everything was great! The property was great for our family and would definitely recommend! Place was clean and had fun games to play with.

I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place. It was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed. All beds were extremely comfortable. In ground pool and lounge chairs made it feel like our own little oasis. Only 10-15 min from honeymoon island which we really enjoyed. Overall, I would 100% rent here again and recommend this place!
Check‑in and checkout were smooth, and the beds were comfortable. The house was nice but didn’t match the enhanced photos. We felt Not very family‑friendly, as neighbors complained at 3:00PM about kids simply playing, enjoying the pool.

We had a wonderful stay with three adults and four teenagers on a senior spring break trip. The location was perfect and close to everything including Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, and John’s Pass. The home was great for our group with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and TVs in every room. The pool, games, and outdoor setup kept the teens entertained, and it was so nice to come back to after long beach days. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, large fridge, and laundry which made a big difference. The beach gear like the wagon, umbrella, and chairs was used every day. We loved exploring the area, and ate great at Clear Sky Draught Haus, Frenchy’s, and Strachan’s Ice Cream and Desserts. The neighborhood was quiet and the hosts had excellent communication. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property is in a great location. We were able to see the Bluejays a couple times in spring training at TD ballpark in Dunedin. It was only 10min away. Large house with lots of amenities. Great neighborhood. This was great value for the price. We would definitely choose to stay here agian.
Our family stayed here while we were in town for my mother’s funeral, and it was such a blessing to have a comfortable home where we could all be together. The house was beautiful, very clean, and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to share meals as a family. The location in Palm Harbor was excellent and convenient to the church and nearby relatives. The owners were thoughtful, responsive, and wonderful to work with. We are very thankful for their hospitality.

We enjoyed having family over for dinner and the location was very close Dunedin & Clearwater which offer great shopping & beautiful beaches including the causeway into honeymoon island! Super quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and great location to walk your dogs!

Very comfortable accommodations for my family when we visited for a wedding in Tarpon. We had three couples and two young adults and we all fit comfortably. The living room couch was to die for. I wanted to take it home. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating for allowing us to check in at noon instead of the 4 o’clock normal check in time. This was because we had a very early flight. We really appreciated that. We loved their pool and game table. I really enjoyed the neighborhood when I took a nice run on a Saturday morning. I recommend!
Our stay was perfect. We had a group of friends come down for my husband’s birthday and we actually had a full game day one of the days with the wonderful amenities the house offers. The volleyball court was such a fun addition, as well as the cornhole boards. The pool was perfect and w loved the lounge chairs. Hosts were super respectful, responsive and extremely helpful. The house itself was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we could need. We definitely will stay here again and again. Wonderful experience.
Loved staying here! The hosts were very helpful and replied quickly before & during our stay. The place was amazing. So many things to do just inside the home/backyard. Beds were so comfy and we loved how much space there was for our family and dog! The neighborhood is nice and peaceful and an easy drive to surrounding beaches.
The house was exactly as it looks in the pictures! It was an amazing place and an even better stay. There was plenty of activities to do at the house. The hostess was amazing and super helpful if you have any questions they answer super quickly!

Very spacious and well kept. There are plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen/cleaning supplies if you need them. Good location and pool/backyard area is very nice.

Was the perfect weekend for Mothers Day with my daughters and grands. We enjoyed the time to relax and have a space that was welcoming and close to the beach.

Celebration of life Out visit had a range of 16 to 85 years old staying for a celebration of life. House was perfect with the pool area for the young adults and the fire pit for the older crew. The house was one of the cleanest and best stocked rentals we have stayed at. Kudos to the cleaning crews for getting to the spaces that typically get missed. Even the fan blades were clean.
It’s Own Little Paradise Got together with some old friends to catch up and completely enjoyed this property.The place was clean and the check in process was seamless.Dunedin is a 15 min drive away where we enjoyed some great food and drinks.Clearwater Beach was also easily accessible.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and stay there again myself.

We were in town to Celebrate my father’s life, and the house served us well. Plenty of distractions with the pool, volleyball court, and especially the pool table for everyone. Also, my grandson LOVED the slide attached to his bed! Thank you for your hospitality.

No fueron flexibles para un check in temprano e indicaron que no podia ser posible debido a que el equipo de limpieza se encargaría de garantizar que todo estuviera limpio y funcionando y no lo hicieron. No informaron que la piscina estaba sucia y no se podía usar. No se aseguraron que funcionaran las luces y ventiladores de techo. No había olor fresco. Nadie vino a ayudar con el problema de luces y ventiladores.
The place was clean cute and fun and the b host was extremely responsive. The beds were comfortable and we love the high tech fridge - we will be back!!!
We had a good time. The location is great, close to Honeymoon Island, downtown Dunedin and numerous restaurants. We definitely enjoyed the pool, fire pit and pool table. It’s a beautiful house to just stay home and relax in.
The house was perfect for our large group. Very roomy open concept. Plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities. And the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our teens loved the pool table and pool and there’s plenty of space with comfy beds, couch and linens. While the backyard/ pool area is still beautiful, it isn’t quite up to what the photos actually portray. It could be lack of landscaping or just that it’s impossible to maintain due to the many surrounding trees and foliage. Just a note, but it definitely wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. A quick drive to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. Plus Abigail was a responsive host, accommodating requests.

Clearwater Vacation Property is in nice location, was very clean and comfortable. The girls loved the pool table and Grammy loved the nice big washer and dryer.
They gave us $115 refund after all this so be mindful as you book. 1. Upon arrival we asked for a 45min early check in. We had 4 kids & just traveled 10hrs. They denied due to their policy. (we assumed that meant someone was cleaning it, we assumed wrong.) 2. 4pm Check in, the house was 87 degree's. All air vents were closed. We went straight to the app and messaged the host. She said she was looking for someone to come and fix the AC. (it was a Sunday)They never found anyone so NO ONE CAME and our kids had to sleep on the couch, not in the provided rooms as it was too hot. We had to reset the thermostat on the wall and open all vents and clean out one of the filters so the house could hopefully cool down.(the cool down took the first 2days) 3. The POOL AREA & LANDSCAPE were absolutely gross, it will NOT be like the photo's. Along with the house not being fully cleaned. The garage was gross & had mold on the beach gear. Wish we never paid 2k to stay here NOT worth the money.

Great home for family fun This home was very cute and was fun to stay at. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had a bunch of cooking accessories, and the area was nice. It was not far from downtown Dunedin. The beds were comfy as well. I was glad to bring my own pillow as they were too hard for my liking.

Me encanto la casa por dentro, súper limpia, pero por fuera en el área de la piscina muy descuidada, la cancha de voleibol estaba sin limpiar y me di cuenta que había una culebra cerca de unos bloques en la cancha y nisiquiera se puede poner música porque los vecinos llegan de inmediato te insultan y te envían a la policía, realmente me sentí muy incómoda porque hasta la música a un volumen adecuado les molestaba.

Beautiful house, yard messy w/ leaves debris etc front walkway should’ve been cleaned up. We did call about pool and was cleaned next day but the leaves fall daily. We actually cleaned pool and patio around it several times had there been a rake I would’ve raked front area too. Pool was freezing cold too. Sun doesn’t seem to hit it due to trees and location in yard If it were me I’d take large tree that causes mess and shaded pool Down. Just my opinion. Another thing no curtains on bathroom windows. My wife bought curtain rods and hung towels over window We did like the place though but there were a few issues. Also never got ceiling fan for master bedroom. Room was warm Was told it was ordered. But never came while we were there
Very clean, plenty of activities even just right there at the property, especially with the back yard. Location is perfect with close proximity to the beach, as well to nearby areas such as Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa Bay. Would 100% recommend and was very spacious for our group of 8.
Overall, a great house with house with normal house issues. Would definitely stay here again! Positive: Conveniently located for our group of 5. Very clean and company responded very quickly to our issues with lights and tvs. Negative: Bathtub drain was clogged and water drained VERY slowly. Pool was full of leaves so we did not use it.

Beautiful home! This is a gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood. Big kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of seating area with a large dining room table, and a smaller table in the sunroom. We took advantage of the pool table and had some fun. Too cool for the pool, but maybe next visit just about everything has been recently recently updated and it shows. A great place to stay.
We had an amazing stay when we visited for our daughter’s adoption! We were so happy to spend the 2 weeks as a family of 3 in this home, it felt like an oasis. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The host was very communicative and made sure all of our needs were taken care of in a timely manner. The first night we had an issue with the thermostat and she had scheduled someone to come out just hours after I mentioned it to her. Very happy and so grateful to have stayed here!

We had a wonderful stay this beautiful Airbnb! It is equipped with everything you could need. They really thought of every detail and then layout of the space is so open and welcoming. The pool table and backyard are highlights! The location is great as well and close to all Dunedin, Tampa, Clearwater have to offer. Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay here again!
Overall, we had a lovely stay at this lovely house. It definitely seemed a little less "homier" than other places we stayed at, which we chalked up to it being managed by a company and not a person. But it had all the listed amenities and was super quiet and clean. When we found a few necessary items missing, they sent them right away via Instacart, which was amazing. The only negative within their control was that the controller for the fan/light in the master bedroom was either missing or nonexistent (there was no holder for it on the wall like there was for all the other rooms) and I sleep hot. The negative outside their control was the crappy weather, so we weren't able to enjoy any of the outdoor/backyard amenities. I'm not sure this would be the place for a family with young kids, but it was perfect for a family with older (19, 21) ones like ours.
