We really enjoyed staying at the Harbor! Everything was wonderful from front door to back door. The house was clean with all necessities. With 6 adults, we were very entertained by the ppol/spa, outside activities and gaming room. I only.recommemd upgrading lighting buy honestly that's personal preference. The neighborhood was beautiful with very friendly neighbors! Host was very responsive as well. Zero complaints here. We appreciate the amazing time!
We had a long awaited family vacation and we truly enjoyed the outdoor space! The pool was wonderful and lots of seating! Lots of floats and toys for the kids!

Kyle and Nicole were great hosts! Very kind and attentive. The home appears older and the rooms of the house appear a little darker in person than in the photos but it’s still great. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is minutes from the beach; just a short drive. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and share family meals. Large backyard; our dog loved it! We found some items that were left from the previous stay. We reported it to Kyle and Nicole and they responded within minutes. Bring bug spray as the area outside has lots of gnats. We enjoyed our stay.

Had an amazing time with family at this beautiful private getaway. The pictures do not do it justice. From the beautiful pool and jacuzzi to the in-home amenities. We were so happy that we chose this home and can’t wait to come back if we are back the area. The proximity to beaches and restaurants is perfect. The house is clean and there is everything you need to be at peace. Thanks again for making this a memorable vacation time for us. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay! It was the perfect place for our girls weekend. It was so clean and the backyard space was beautiful. The kitchen was super nice. There were towels left out for us on the beds upon arrival. The bathrooms and showers were nice and had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was a washer and dryer which I always appreciate when I’m staying somewhere for a few days. The neighborhood was super cute and we loved the beach! It was only a 5 minute drive and parking was easy to find as well. We were also close to the grocery store, places to eat, and we only had to drive 15 minutes to go to a country bar which was super fun. The host was super helpful and responsive with any questions I had! They even let us check in a little early to set up which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, would stay here again!!!!
The space was clean and perfect for our bigger group! The backyard space was perfect! The Airbnb comfortably fit 10 people! All of the beds were very comfortable and everybody slept very well!
We stayed here for a bachelorette party of 8 people and had a great time! The location is conveniently close to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out, comfortable beds, and ample kitchenware for the hot pot dinner we had. We enjoyed the pool and the plentiful beach towels available. Hosts were very receptive when asked about quiet hours and hosting a magician. I appreciated the responsiveness when an incident occurred and it was handled with care by their team.
Our stay was great, the kids loved the pool and it was close to what we had planned for our trip. Kyle and Nicole were very responsive and check in and out was simple and fast. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.
Great stay
My family truly enjoyed our stay with Kyle & Nicole. We had a total of 10 guest and all of us fit comfortably in the property. We loved the proximity to the beach and if we didn’t feel like venturing off we could enjoy a relaxing day in the backyard. We experienced a few minor inconveniences and Kyle & Nicole promptly addressed and remedied them. Overall would rate our stay a 10/10 and would 100% book again.
Hosts were so nice and responsive. The location, price and place was more than we could imagine. Well designed and maintained. Would recommend to anyone and I would stay again!

- photos are much lighter than the actual property is, it’s very dark inside and older/ not updated or super clean - pool was dirty when we arrived and we had to get it cleaned - host was responsive and kind about an early check in - not worth the price in my opinion and the property itself doesn’t seem well maintained landscaping wise - tiki bar is falling apart on the roof and isn’t in good shape - Id honestly stay somewhere else if I chose again
This place was better in person than in the photos!! We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was fantastic. You can tell the house was designed to host big groups. The backyard was lovely and the pool was great. Close to the beach and other necessities (grocery store, gas, etc.). Would recommend.
My entire family stayed at their house for the past week and it was so great!! Cannot say enough great things about the property which had everything we needed and it was so close to the beaches!! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

We spent Thanksgiving week at Kyle and Nicole's place. It's a perfect family house. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. The kids stayed busy with the pool, spa and other backyard activities. And when they were't outside they were in the game room playing ping pong, etc. Kyle and Nicole were very accommodating and responsive.
My expectation were exceeded with every bullet point. The home, location, owners, amenities, aesthetics were fantastic. We highly recommend this home for any family/group staying the the greater Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater/Seminole area....

This Airbnb was absolutely PERFECT for my bachelorette party! The house was even bigger than the photos and all of the amenities were amazing. The pool was warm, as it should be in August for Florida, but it was still refreshing! The yard was beautiful and there was always something to do between the putt putt, Pac Man, pool table, etc. We had a group of 10 but had some other local girls visiting and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was also perfect - a quiet neighborhood but near the beach. The beds were also super comfortable and bathrooms squeaky clean. One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in!
Best and most responsive hosts I have encountered. They answered questions almost immediately with warm, friendly responses and suggestions. The place was spotless with lots of amenities. We had kids ranging from 6 to 17 and they all loved it.
Good location, but have some problem with the house, the ac don’t work on the second floor, it’s super hot. When we arrive we have a problem with the refrigerator, the spa and the light outside…. They sent someone to fix it two days later, but they only found a solution for the refrigerator, the rest still doesn't work! we were understanding with everything, but they were never understanding with us. Even after all the unresolved problems, they were not flexible with our check out! Good location but the house need some adjustments quickly. Thank you

We had a great time celebrating a bachelorette party here, but unfortunately there were several aspects of the property that did not meet our expectations. The photos do not accurately reflect the current condition of the home as several items were broken and dirty upon arrival. We were also disappointed that the hosts were unwilling to accommodate simple requests, such as allowing us to drop off luggage early or check in just 30 minutes ahead of schedule. This was due to cleaning, however, it was not overly clean or put together when we arrived. The bunk room is not well-suited for adults, as there is less than a foot of head space above the bottom bunks, making it difficult to climb in and sleep. While the outdoor area is equipped and spacious, it could have been much cleaner when we arrived. The house is large and centrally located, which was convenient, but given the issues we experienced, we would not choose to stay here again.
We enjoyed the pool, AC, and the comfortable beds. The communication was good, even when we had questions while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay for a bachelorette party. The 2 bedrooms upstairs with attached bathrooms were great, loved the pool and the outdoor area. We didn’t have kids with us but fun downstairs bunk room with a play area, my toddler would have loved it. We had 6 girls stay in the bunk room and 2 stay in the bedroom across the hall and only having 1 bathroom downstairs with 8 girls was tough. The bathroom did have black mold in it which was disappointing. The kitchen was stocked with almost anything you could need. (blender but missing parts so couldn’t use it). The indoor decor and furniture is well done, especially loved the dining table. Spacious and great for a group dinner. We had a blast in the pool, the outdoor space is great with multiple areas to hangout which was nice for our larger group. A few neighbors had signs opposing short term rentals…-and we were playing a game in the pool at 6 PM and the neighbor came over and said remember this is a neighborhood. Good fun overall.

Great place with some opportunities for improvement The pool area was definitely our favorite! The kids spent most of our visit in the pool or playing bocce. We have been coming to this area for many years and the house was well situated near the beach, shopping, and plenty of activities. We had great space for the kids (18,17,12,9) and two adults. The neighbor to the left, Dan, is super nice! Neighborhood is quiet and perfect for families. We were a bit disappointed by a few things we expected based on photos and property description: 1) there is an umbrella stand and umbrella spot on the outside table, but only the small Surf Style umbrellas available; 2) the game room doesn’t have a TV and the pool, ping pong, and air hockey table is on rough shape, wobbles a ton and is only able to be used for ping pong and maybe pool, there is a bracket screwed in so you can’t flip it over for air hockey; 3) the kitchen had very limited forks (6) and no large skillet or colander 4) the overhead lights in many of the rooms are not great and either too bright or not quite bright enough; 5) many loose bricks on the pool deck area; 6) the upstairs room to the left and the downstairs room on the right we’re not able to get the TVs working due to issues with the Google account setup.

Family fun! House had everything the kids could have ever wanted. Neighborhood was quiet, house has all the privacy needed, and beautiful foliage. So much fun for the kids, swimming, mini golf, fire pit and more. Kitchen was equipped with almost everything needed to cook (could use a strainer). We felt at home and fit all 9 of us very comfortably!! Even had stuff to bring to the beach which was amazing! Only piece of feedback is to leave an electric leaf blower or something to clean off the berries from the mini golf course that fell from the trees.
This was place a great find for our bachelorette group! Overall, everything was clean and the backyard area was completely lovely and a fabulous hang-out spot. It was also so nice to have such big dining tables both inside and outside to accommodate our group! The house is ultra-close to the be beach, and was a very easy drive. The only issues I will call out was the game room is in rough shape - all the floorboards are coming up and a huge tripping hazard (this was mentioned by the hosts beforehand) and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. We also had issues with the fridge getting HOT. I think the fridge needs better ventilation because we had issues 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. Our hosts were able to quickly assist, but we had two breastfeeding/pumping moms on our trip and keeping breastmilk cold was a priority! It would have been nice to have a mini fridge easily accessible as a back-up. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would just recommend a few small improvements!

Great stay, great Valentine’s Day night on Friday just my hubby and me. Then on Saturday I surprised him with the family coming over to celebrate his birthday. Kids had a lot of fun. Tiki bar is awesome, we grilled and hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Hosts are great and communication was very effective. I left my glasses and they let me go back after checking out to pick them up. Thank you Kyle & Nicole. We definitely would like to come back sometime in the future and be able to stay more days.
Me and my family had the best time ever. We spent time in the pool, the spa and even rode the bikes that they had around the neighborhood. Host was very responsive and very kind! We appreciated all the games that were there, the fire pit and the grill. The rooms were all amazing and the pictures on the site matched. We really had the best weekend
I have never published a negative review on here because I don’t want to hurt the homeowner’s booking prospects, however, I would be remiss not to share how disappointing this experience was. I booked this home for my 30th birthday and put a lot of thought into coming here. Unfortunately, nearly every aspect of the home that appealed to me during the decision making process wound up being a sham. The pool and hot tub could not be brought to functioning order long enough to enjoy them (i.e. the heater and jets were broken and finicky). Next, other entertainment amenities were also in poor condition, such as the pool table and putt-putt course. You can tell the hosts have never used or tested these, because they would otherwise not advertise them as being available. Last, the main level bathroom has a hole in it and reeks of mold - as do other areas of the home. We were forced to share the master bathroom as a result. Incredibly disappointing and certainly not worth the money paid.
What a perfect place to gather with friends and family. We had 12 people from ages two to eight-five and there was literally something for everyone! This home is comfortable, fun, with a very well equipped kitchen, in a beautiful neighborhood, and close to the beach. We will definitely book again when we have family in town!

The hosts were very accommodating and even were able to extend our stay for a few extra days. Lots of stuff to do at the home. We had responded to the hurricane relief in the area and it was nice to be able to relax at the house in the pool and backyard after a long day of work. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a home to rent.

My friends and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! The host, Abigail, was very responsive and friendly! She answered all questions I had. The house was beautiful! It had everything we needed. And it was in such a beautiful location! We loved it!
This place was a great spot to host my 25th birthday. We had 10 people comfortably staying here and it was the cutest place! Upon arrival, the house was clean and came equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. We appreciated the big supply of paper towel and garbage bags as it helped us keep the place tidy and make cleaning for checkout a breeze. We adored the pool area and tiki bar and spent a lot of our time in the backyard when home. Our host was very communicative and helpful, and overall are very grateful for our experience. There were some things we’d recommend the host fixes such as floorboard in the game room coming up and being a safety hazard as we’d stub toes/trip over the floor boards, a broken kitchen window upon arrival, the pool looked like it hadn’t been taken care of as the pool floor was green and covered in leaves, and lastly a large gap between the front door and frame which allowed bugs to come in.

Our stay was such an amazing experience. We were in awe of how unique and beautiful the design and amenities of the house. We loved the pool and the game room! We were able to relax and unwind for the weekend. Abigail was very proactive and clear with the guidance before and throughout the stay. I appreciate how detailed the instructions were. I highly recommend this experience and would love to visit again!

The house was nice. Everything you’d expect. It was clean. The pool was nice. The neighborhood was safe. Overall enjoyed our stay.
First of all I like to state that we were misled to believe that the house was great, the house was very spacious and seemed to be what we were looking for, far from it. We’re tired and looking forward to relax in the pool and hot tub, well, forget about, the pool was dirty and cloudy, hot tub was also dirty and not working, we saw lots of water stains in the floors and ceilings, the kitchen fridge had some left over from previous guests and the counter top was dirty and with catchup stains, kitchen cabinets were broken and with some water damage, furniture full of dust, this is just to name a few things that were wrong with this place. The biggest issue was the play room, the floors were badly install and was not safe, sharp edges were coming apart and causing us concern about my kids wellbeing. We called the host, and they ask me if I want somebody over to fix the issue, I decline obviously, I the reason I was there was to relax and not to have some people working on my vacation.

Great place to stay, we loved the backyard area. Was not very close to most of the places we wanted to go (st Pete and st Pete beach)but we were unfamiliar with the area so that was on us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing quiet vacation.

We stayed here for a girls trip! Plenty of space, enough kitchen appliances to get us by! The Peloton was brand new and did not have an initial set up so we were unable to login as a guest and use it which was disappointed. However, we enjoyed the fire pit, grill, pool and air hockey table! We were unable to successfully get the jets on in the hot tub and was never given correct instructions on that. The hot tub was also not hot - it was the same temperature as the pool and we did not receive proper instructions on how to do this. All in all the location was great - 1 mile from beach. It was a great place to host with a group of girls. It is in a residential area and there are neighbor's who have signs against "renting" out the property for short term rentals. I would recommend this Airbnb - I think it's just a brand new listing, so there's a couple things to iron out to make everything more clear for guests.
