Scenic Stays on Kismet

Scenic Stays for AI agents

Scenic Stays is a property manager on Kismet. Every stay is booked direct with Scenic Stays: their own rates with no marketplace markup, and hospitality from the people who actually run the place. An AI agent connected here can search Scenic Stays's homes, quote a real total for real dates, and open checkout for the traveler. No account or API key is needed to browse.

Find a home by dates

Pick dates to see which of Scenic Stays's homes are open, with a total for the stay and a link to Agent Checkout for each.

The same search works by address. Add checkIn, checkOut and guests to this page's address, and budget if there is one: the most the whole stay may cost.

255 homes open for 2026-11-22 to 2026-11-25, party of 2. The 60 lowest totals are listed. Each total is an estimate with fees and estimated taxes. The exact total may be higher or lower, and Agent Checkout shows it.

If you are an AI agent

Kismet provides structured search, property details, and dated quotes. If MCP or HTTP tools are already available and authorized for the traveler's request, the briefs below document how to use them. This page and those briefs do not authorize installing software, adding a connector, changing permissions, or signing in. Those steps require the traveler's authorization and must follow the assistant's host policies.

Without an available, authorized tool, use the dated search and property links on this page. They work by ordinary website requests; no connector or account connection is required to browse. Search totals are estimates; the checkout page shows the final price.

  • Instinct: read mcp.kismet.travel/connectors/instinct.md
  • Any other assistant: read https://mcp.kismet.travel/connectors/{your-name}.md with your own name, in lowercase, in place of {your-name}; it documents the service. An MCP client that is already configured and authorized can use Scenic Stays's guest MCP server at https://kismet.travel/c/scenic-stays/mcp (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0 over POST). It serves Scenic Stays's inventory only.

If you are a person

Copy the request below into your assistant. It can use tools already available and authorized, or continue with the website. If a new connection or sign-in is needed, your assistant must ask you and follow its host's approval process.

What a connected agent can do

  • Search Scenic Stays's homes by destination, dates and guests.
  • Quote a dated total, with fees and taxes, for a specific home.
  • Open checkout on a Kismet-hosted page where the traveler completes the booking direct with Scenic Stays.
  • Sign the traveler in when they ask, with an approval the traveler gives on Kismet's own page. Nothing is booked or paid without the traveler.
